The federal terrorists from the DEA, CIA, FBI, IRS/BATF, Customs, armed postal workers, and any other secret organizations created by the federal government or secretly within the above organizations know it would be at great loss of life to these federal traitorous units to attempt such a move while citizens are armed. It might even be at such a high loss that it would destroy government’s plan for a complete take-over through martial law.

Our founders were absolutely correct and we did not heed their warnings. The federal government had to be watched as carefully as one watches a deadly poisonous snake which has entered their home. The only difference is a snake does so without any intentional malice while those power mongers making up the federal government do so with malicious intent to destroy. Our mistake has been to let it go on as long as it has.

Federal creeps of plunder take lives, destroy property, destroy lives (of those who survive a sneak attack by government minions), hide evidence of wrong-doings, plant evidence supporting allegations against innocent people, and terrify people who depend on government in part for protection of their lives and property.

The more I learn about government actions, the more certain it is that there is going to be a breaking point. Having just read another article of certain facts, I become more apt to believing there will be a reckoning with the current federal government. There is a high probability a new central government will have to be created by the American people in order to stop the tyranny of a government completely out of control.

What I want to know is why the below wasn’t reported by mainstream media and why Reno isn't pushing to de-arm and convict those involved, including no doubt, her office and personnel who knew about or conspired to cause the death of a 14 year old.

“THE WASHINGTON TIMES (10/24/1997 by Jerry Seper) reported that Ballistics tests show that a deputy U.S. marshall killed Randall Weaver's 14-year-old son during a 1992 siege in Ruby Ridge, Idaho, contrary to government claims that the teenager was killed by his father.

Sheriff Greg Sprungl of Boundrary County, Idaho, said tests confirmed that the bullet that struck Samual Weaver in the back came from camouflaged Deputy U.S. Marshall Larry Cooper's 9mm Colt. Court testimony showed the bullet that hit Samuel had an upward trajectory.

Without admitting wronging, the government agreed to pay Mr. Weaver 3.1 million dollars. A multimillion dollar suit by Mr. Harris against the government is pending. The FBI agent Lon Horiuchi, the sniper who killed Mrs. Weaver is being tried in state court on manslaughter charges.

First, I wonder why it took FIVE years for this information to come out.

Second, this means that government agents lied to the 1995 Senate Judiciary subcommittee when Mr. Cooper testified he did not shoot the boy, saying the teenager was shot in the back by his father.

Third, Prosecutor Denise Woodbury has described the shooting as self-defense. Since a federal jury acquitted Mr. Weaver and Mr. Harris saying the two men acted in self-defense against the armed, camouflaged aggressors who came unannounced and hiding in bushes to Mr. Weaver's home, how can Ms. Woodbury justify her stance? Plus, the boy was shot in the back.

The question is, why has Mr. Cooper not been charged with murder? Why was this information covered-up for five years? Why aren't those who testified falsly to the Senate subcommittee being charged? If the government had this same evidence that you or I had gone to someone's home and shot a 14 year old in the back would we be charged? Are government agents above the law? Then, of course, there is WACO. Does Reno really believe people with any sense at all believe Danforth’s conclusions, particularly since he ignored the most damning evidence of wrong-doing in the US Government’s attack on innocent people?

Or, Flight 800. What of the government cover-up which included the prosecution of an innocent man and his family, a man who proved the government was covering up its mistake - or a cover-up of an intentional act to bring down Flight 800? Waco was intentional and do any of us know that there wasn’t a reason in government’s warped thinking that necessitated the shooting down Flight 800?

What of all the people who have been destroyed by the non-agency, the IRS/BATF? Neither has any rights of persecution over law-abiding American citizens who earn their money within the 50 states and own firearms on which duties, imposts, and excises have been legally paid. Why doesn't Reno defend these people?

Reno must know as well as I that the IRS and BATF are one and the same and that both are nothing more than a bureau (Trust) of Puerto Rico renamed by a man (G.K. Humphries) who did not have the power to make the IRS an agency of the Treasury Department. 31 USC, Chapter 3 verifies the non-agency status.

Reno also knows the IRS only has authority to collect taxes due on foreign earnings of citizens of the 50 States providing the income exceeds $76,000 (for the year 2000) and is from a country with which the US has a tax treaty. Likewise, the BATF only has the authority to collect excise tax due on imported firearms, not on the firearms of law-abiding citizens which have already had imposed taxes paid.

Reno must know, unless she is awfully stupid, every firearm law on the books is in violation of the 2nd Amendment, excluding those dealing with felons owning or having firearms and imported firearms.

Reno, nor any organization of the federal government, has any right to know what firearms I may own, where I keep them, where I got them (unless imported and then only to assure any due tax has been paid), what I use them for, and so on.

Actually, there is very little about me that the federal government has any right to know. Other than how many live in my house, there isn’t any item about me that the federal government has a right to know. I haven’t broken any laws and law-abiding citizens are free to do as they will, which includes arming themselves by any arms available.

This includes above all the right to defend the people of the States against the corrupted federal government, a condition the people of this nation allowed by not being vigilant as to rights, the Constitution of the united States of America, and the degree of corruption in the central government.

But, take our arms --- If Reno believes she is going to accomplish this in the name of fighting crime and drugs (actually, as long as these myths are kept alive, the feds make a great deal of money, don’t they) or ‘for the children’s sake’, she is in for a fight to the death by people who believe in freedom and the Constitution.

I firmly believe the People will rise to the occassion and kill if it becomes necessary in order to restore this nation to a Republic that is once again ‘for the people’, ‘by the people’, and ‘of the people’.

Thus, if I were Reno, I would tread very lightly, if at all, on the rights of the people of this nation. I would think it would be much better that she do her job and prosecute those in government who have violated the Constitution along with multitudes of civil and criminal laws.

Isn’t that what she is paid to do?
