President Clinton’s announcement of pushing for licenses and a special training course in order to purchase firearms is as unconstitutional as it comes. But, his following this with the provision that if the states do not
require it, the federal government will, makes a sham of the Constitution.
First of all, the federal government can make no law outside those pertaining to Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution of the united States of America that can affect the States. It is expressly forbidden so. If the law doesn't fall within Section 8, then it exceeds the limits placed on the federal
government.
Generally speaking, the jurisdiction of the feds does not go past the District of Columbia, the possessions, and federal property, such as military bases. The federal government may make any law it wishes for these geographic locations. But,
it may not make a law that affects the 50 states, at least not without the consent of all the states in the form of a ratified amendment to the Constitution.
Clinton (damn him to hell - I supported him throughout, including during the Republican conspiracy to ruin him), compared licensing the right to buy guns to driver’s licenses and
hunting licenses that are now required. Well, hate to disillusion you, Folks, but both of these are also unconstitutional. Both are nothing more than a way to tax a right. Neither are privileges granted by government, and, therefore, are not subject to licensing.
But, to license our last hope for remaining a Republic, our last defense against the federal government, must not be infringed upon to this degree. Requiring the license is a not-too-disguised means of being able to track every firearm owned by every person in the future.
The hidden agenda with licensing is either a means of getting future generations to accept turning their firearms into a central control area controlled by - guess who - Yeah, that’s right - the federal government on federal property (would likely be a ruse). Or, to confiscate arms through armed federal agents. We must not allow the federal government to, in effect, license the 2nd Amendment.
See, if the need came to use your firearms against the federal government, rather than having to go out and collect 400,000,000 or more firearms, it would simply have to defend the locations of federal gun depositories. This would take only a few troops with automatic weapons at each location.
I really think getting by with public knowledge of his having gotten 'head' from an intern has gone to his head. Maybe after a few rounds with Lewinski, he was left without gray matter (meaning he had his brains sucked out). Or, maybe he and other Washington politicians believe themselves to be all-powerful and above the Constitution. If so, that is our fault and must be corrected.
Well, he, nor they, are. But, People, you are going to have to stop them. A few people writing about the unconstitutional acts that have occurred is not enough. It takes getting these federal clods out of power. Meaning out of the system totally and, as far as I am concerned, if need be - forever out of this country or at least without the rights of citizenship.
Their voices must be stopped as must their having any say-so whatsoever in the governing of this Republic. None of these people are great Americans. In fact, most are NOT Americans in the sense of the positive connotations of the word. No, they are, instead, Federalists who want complete control over every American.
See, Americans live in the 50 states and have an attitude of being free and having inalienable rights with a Constitution protecting those rights.
Federalists live in the District of Columbia and have the attitude - "Hey, we can tell the people anything and we can make them jump since we control the military and other armed agencies. We have them giving up 50 percent of their incomes to us now in taxes, most of which are illegal and unconstitutional. We tell them laws that really can’t be applied to them. State governments don’t tell them the truth, nor do their so-called representatives that swear they tell the truth."
And, "We know, just as with driver’s licenses and hunting licenses, that gun
licenses, besides taxing rights, will also be another method of tracking individuals who own guns. We will know exactly what they own and the amount of ammunition purchased. We will be able to locate them no matter where they may be since we will imbed in each license tracking features, including the ability to track by satellite. Any who rebel will be instantly located and eliminated - just another ‘hunting’ accident or ‘accidental’shooting."
Plus, "Also, there is the fact that we will be able to jail for non-compliance since we control all law enforcement agencies and this will terrify others into
complying even though we know - and they know - it is against the
Constitution of the United States of America."
"Their last defense against us will have the additional controls we need and it will be a relatively simple matter to seize all privately owned firearms when we choose to do so."
"We have done it will income tax, property tax, licenses to do business, licenses to repair homes and the like, licenses to get married (whose business is that except for those getting married?), permits to build on your own property, starting businesses of all types, liquor licenses (and other laws controlling making and selling alcoholic beverages, including for your own consumption) . . ."
Well, this list could go on and on but this is enough to point out that the federal government has far exceeded its constitutional limitations and stepped outside their very limited jurisdiction. But, we continue to allow it to happen.
Why?
What can the federal government do to 270,000,000 people? Threaten them with military action or take military action against a few at a time that push for their rights and attempt to inform others of their rights?
Well, they are doing that. They did it at Waco, Ruby Ridge, and who knows how many other sites. See, we will never know because we have a most effective government at hiding their illegalities. And, of course, main stream media helps.
Not often will you read or hear about private citizens who have protected themselves against criminals with firearms. You won’t often read of police forces (all types, including federals) who mistakenly kill innocent people. Or, if you do, it will be the fault of the ‘informer’ or you will read of some ‘drug
dealer’ (by virtue of ‘planted evidence’) who appeared to be going for his
weapon (also, planted), or "the police had the right to protect themselves so they went in blasting away."
Well, licensing the right to buy weapons will just make the feds job that much easier. They will know absolutely in advance what firearms are likely to be in the home they are invading. Except for one thing - not all firearms owned by citizens are registered since they were purchased prior to this illegal requirement. Also, most criminals do not get licenses to steal nor do they get licenses for firearms, nor checks, nor do they get them from gunshops who (another license) have a license to sell guns commercially.
Nope, criminals get them from illegal sources which cannot be tracked. So, exactly how does Clinton figure a license to buy will control criminals?
Impossible since gun laws have not controlled criminals having guns (even felons get them) to date. Requiring a license will only help criminals, not hinder them.
A license to buy will just be to control law-abiding people who haven’t any intent of using the firearm for illegal purposes. My gosh, People, get the facts. Quit listening to the dumb-butts opposing private citizen gun ownership, whether those in opposition happen to be a family member or a member of the government or some misinformed, illogical groups of people
who haven’t any understanding of government or of the necessity for the people to remain armed and ever vigilant.
Private citizens, due to main stream media manipulations and obeying the government, simply do not know the facts. The fact is the best control against crime is concealed handguns. Conversely, the poorest control against crime is to remove firearms from the hands of citizens.
But, the best means of the government gaining complete control is to track every firearm and, eventually, remove every firearm from the hands of citizens. That is the feds hidden agenda and, if you oppose the 2nd Amendment, you support the federal government in its quest to become the most tyrannical government that has ever existed. Or, at best, in the top five.
So, help the feds if you wish - and pay the price later.
Oh, the PRICE?
The Republic of the United States of America
