UNFETTERED BY BIASED EDITORS, PUBLISHERS, AND OTHERS WHO WOULD DIRECT WHO OR WHAT I WRITE ABOUT!

And, you can, too!

THE STORMS OF DISSENT BEGIN - IF OUR NATION IS TO BE A REPUBLIC RATHER THAN A TOTALITARIAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT, THE PEOPLE MUST ASSUME THE ROLE OF CONTROLLING THE "ELECTED (OR APPOINTED) EMPLOYEES" MAKING UP ' THE GOVERNMENT'.

Bill of Rights Enforcement!

OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE WILL ONCE AGAIN RING OUT LOUD AND CLEAR, THE BELL TOLLING FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ABUSED POWER, THE POWER GIVEN THEM BY THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION.

TO THOSE WHO WISH COMMENTARY DIRECTED AT THE TRUTH AND A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF NATIONAL (AND, POSSIBLY, WORLD) PROBLEMS.

In meeting this end, I thought it might do to enter the work on a book I am writing as edited essays are completed and put in their proper place. The book is being written based on my essays related to the last five and a half years of national events.

Any who wish may then respond to my comments as they are added to the site. Of course, commentary is not limited to this as will be make clear below.

The book is named Out of the Darkness with shortcuts immediately below.

THE YEAR 2001 ARTICLES

Plus, there will be a section on lead commentary, whether mine or from others, about current events which are soon to once again fill the airways and printed page with political party game playing. It will, as you know, soon be time for the next presidential primaries which will give us much fodder to think and write about.

This section will be made up by those of you think who care enough to take the time to gather facts, analyze them, and put them to print. It will not be a forum-type which usually gets filled with a lot of psuedo intellectuals spouting garbage (the type of idiots most of us, including me, can't stand.) who focus not on problems but focus instead on the people who have voiced their opinions. These 'idiots' use phrases such as 'scum bag', 'dumb ass', 'sleazy scumball', and many other phrases they seem to be quite proud of.

Rancor of this nature towards other writers simply tells me their opinions are worthless!!

Or, they will try to impress the reader with words that most of us never use or may have never even heard of. Generally, we use about 1200 words out of the 600,000-plus in the English language. Thus, simple, concise, and direct are best.

Nothing will be considered that is not supported by facts. We get enough of that from politicians and media personnel; we don't need it from us ordinary people as it hinders those who are trying to understand what is going on, politically, socially, legally, and in the justice system.

Accuracy cannot be stressed enough. Recently, I made a mistake that nearly caused me to quit writing for publication. I used a quote from the Constitution not knowing there was a second clause pertaining to the same issue, impeachment.

The clause I used seemed to mean the maximum penalty allowed by the Senate is 'removal from office' while the clause I missed stated the penalty as "shall be removed" if found guilty.

At this time, I don't know what our forefathers intended so I am studying the Federalists Papers in an effort to find out. (Check out the papers at the site listed below in Favorite Informative Sites.)

(Author's note, June 6, 1999) However, after further investigation into Supreme Court decisions, I found my interpretation correct. The words, 'shall' or 'will' in the Constitution are taken as meaning "may", not must.

LETTERS, ESSAYS, AND COMMENTARY WANTED!

ESPECIALLY BY THOSE PEOPLE WHO GATHER FACTS AND CAN STATE THEIR OPINIONS BASED ON FACTS WITHOUT THE 'HATE-TYPE' MENTALITY INDICATIVE OF A CLOSED MIND.

Although I write a lot and have an opinion on nearly everything, as do we all, I like to read the opinions of others and not particularly those of well-established columnists who far too often allow their personal biases to be exposed.

I like getting the opinions of everyday working people who are struggling, just as I am, to survive in a world turned nearly topsy turvy by uncaring politicians and other world leaders who are too often misrepresented by the media.

SINCE EVERYTHING THING THAT GOES ON IN THIS NATION IS RELATED IN SOME WAY OR ANOTHER TO GOVERNMENT, TOPICS OF INTEREST ALSO INCLUDE EDUCATION, LAW ENFORCEMENT, JUSTICE, AND GENERAL REFLECTIONS ON SOCIETY.

IF YOU HAVE EVER HAD THE DESIRE TO SEE YOUR THOUGHTS PUBLISHED, THIS MAY BE YOUR CHANCE. DO YOUR BEST TO STATE YOUR THOUGHTS CLEARLY AND CONCISELY AND I WILL DO MY BEST TO USE YOUR ESSAYS IN PART, IF NOT IN FULL, AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.

The only guidelines I have (other than those above) are the absence of profanity, no hate-type commentary which usually ends up as gibberish without a concrete basis, and absolutely no sexist, racist, or other commentary based on fanaticism as we are all in this together. Due to space available, length should not exceed 750 words except in rare cases.

I would like for this to be a site OF THE PEOPLE visited for thought-provoking commentary without the normal political-socialogical-financial biasing we are so often subjected to.

To reiterate, I would like to develop it into a site which people can visit to find out what others from different parts of the country, of the world, and all walks of life think about situations AND issues. Allowing hatred and personalities to enter in would not serve any useful purpose in meeting this end.

In order to be certain I am clear, any commentary directed at another writer's mental abilities or character, e.g., "Boy, how stupid can a person be...", will result in any future submissions being Deleted without consideration as coming from an intelligent person.

Once again, we have enough biased reporting going on. It fills our airways (thanks to major networks political affiliations), it fills our printed media (thanks to publishers' and/or editors' personal biases). It must be stopped as it should have been decades ago by either the networks or printed media controlling their own or their reporters' biases OR by public communication laws.

Since the networks and newspapers, including some online journals, seem to be as out of control as our Congress is, it is likely the people will have to force accurate, fair, unbiased reporting by refusing to read biased publications or refusing to watch newscasts filled with biased reporting.

At times, biased news reporting approaches the subliminal as it is often done in an extremely subtle fashion by what is left out, by commentators' facial expressions or phrasing, and, of course, by being presented from one side only or out of context. Then, of course, there are out-on-out false statements made but that is another story entirely.

And remember, this is our country no matter what members of the Congress of the United States think.

Whoops! One more guideline - due to my knowing only English as a language, commentary must be in English.

NOTE: Due to being side-tracked by many battles against corrupted officials, I have found the time to advertise and maintain such a site to be impossible for me. Maintaining such a site will continue to be a dream of mine, however.

WRITE CONGRESS
It is becoming increasingly important that members of Congress know exactly what constituents think, especially with the huge numbers of unconstitutional laws that have been passed in the last century. This is a very easy site to use to learn who your representatives in Congress are (including Senators) and provides a very easy format to use to write the same.

"THE CENTER FOR CITIZENS RIGHTS",
Proprietor, Mr. Ed Akehurst
(Highly recommended as Mr. Akehurst will take as much time and effort as necessary to help people understand.)

INCOME TAX MYTHS and $10,000 Challenge
(Note: Highly recommended)

"NEW NETIZEN.COM"

(Note: A must read for informed citizens.)

It is absolutely necessary that the people preserve the right to keep and bear arms. This site is excellent in educating one concerning the 2nd Amendment and in keeping one informed concerning 2nd Amendment related activities

We must never surrender our right to keep and bear arms. It is our last desperate measure to be taken against government out of control.

We are in a war and need all the information we can obtain. It is a cold war (for the most part) against the US Government and its tyranny. This site not only provides a great deal of educational material but is a tremendous source for links to freedom.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Well rounded informative site - highly recommended

(Excellent reading - gain insight into the intentions and concerns of our founders)

THE INVESTIGATIVE JOURNAL - News, Information and Commentary by David Bresnahan This writer may not always agree with Mister Bresnahan (excellent writer, I might add) but, unlike most editors, publishers, and website owners, I believe people should have the potential of reading the viewpoints of as many diverse people as possible since we are all in this together.)

"TAX FREEDOM"

"OPC INTERNATIONAL" (Note: Interesting information and quite educational)

"WIRED NEWS" (Note: Interesting - Tells the truth and we should all place great value in that)

"WHITE HOUSE"

" US CONSTITUTION ONLINE - USCONSTITUTION.net"

"US CONSTITUTION" (Should be mandatory study at every level of education)

"U.S. CODE SEARCH" (Note: A must for verification of tax and social security information)

FAVORITE NEWS SOURCES

Not all of the below are necessarily unbiased but do present what must be dealt with when searching for the truth in reporting, particularly in regards our governing.

One - probably more - of the below publications are extremely biased, or have been, all through the Clinton ordeal that was forced upon us. You can determine which ones for yourself as it may be I am just biased against them for their editors' one-sided, political reporting.

"NEWSMAX.COM"

"USA TODAY"

"WORLDNETDAILY"

"HOUSTON CHRONICLE"

"BOSTON GLOBE ONLINE"

"DENVER POST ONLINE"
