Last of the Year (1999) and Century
Anyway, thought I would take a look at the list point by point, give my responses, and see how this nation stands as a Republic on the last day of 1999.
Addendum: For another means of answering the question as to whether we are indeed a Republic, also answer the Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto. I never looked it up until maybe June or July of 2000 when I became interested in researching the supposed downfall of communism.
1. Is free speech uncensored?
Maybe not directly but it sure is indirectly. If you don’t believe it, how many articles have you read or how much commentary have you heard concerning the illegality of directing taxing your earnings?
How about the number of deaths of innocents by law enforcement be it by federal government enforcers or state and local enforcers?
Why haven’t you read or heard in mainstream media sources the demands of people concerning ridding the nation of the complete corruption of the federal government and the fact that it has systematically removed individual liberties by passing laws repugnant to the Constitution of the United States of America?
It would be rather simple to keep listing atrocities of the government against the people of this nation but the point is mainstream media sources are controlled by the feds as to what they state or print and are terrified of retribution against them if they print or state the truth.
Government and mainstream media may deny this but the proof is in the pudding. When oral sex given to a man, be he president or not, takes precedent over the 8 trillion dollars stolen by the government from the citizens of this nation annually, then government is controlling the news you read or hear. That is
censorship.
I, as have many writers, have been directly censored. How? By the refusal of publications to print verifiable facts concerning a multitude of facts against the federal government and
political party members.
You see, it doesn’t matter whether I can write what I wish while sitting at my computer station - it only matters as to whether or not the public has the opportunity to read what knowledgeable people or just regular people such as myself write.
So, yes, free speech is effectively censored.
2. Is independent thought discouraged?
This is an easy one to answer. Public schools and the pseudo-education that goes on is designed to produce non-thinking individuals. The truth concerning the founding of this nation, the Declaration of Independence, the Federalists Papers (specifying exact intent), the Constitution of the United States including a complete knowledge and meaning of the Bill of Rights, is suppressed.
Thus, the truth is hidden by and in government controlled schools. Controlled how? By funding. The scams by government and the removal of liberties depends on a nation of non-thinking
individuals. As a matter of fact, any who go against the government as to thinking and doing everything they can to make people aware of the undeniable corruption which exists
will soon be termed “terrorists”.
Watch for this. The feds now monitor (and have for many years) telephone conversations and computers of people who are active against government. These people are organizing against a government which deems itself as being above the people. They will ultimately force the government to obey the the Constitution of the united States of America as written.
The federal government forces mainstream media to do anything but tell the truth concerning the despicable human beings who are robbing the people of this nation of every liberty our founding fathers held dear, as dear as many of us do now. But, being denied “due process of law” against the federal government as we are, we are literally forced to be, in effect, a non-thinking society.
Lower courts are as crooked as the federal government itself in that they decide not to enforce constitutional law but respond to fear of retribution from the government. No court
should be able to do so but the fact is it happens in every case of a citizen when property is seized by illegal Internal Revenue Service liens and the like.
Even if a free-thinker, the effect is that independent thought is totally suppressed by a system of illegalities forced upon people by local governments and courts, on up to the highest
government entities (but not the highest law which is reserved for the Constitution of the united States of America).
The Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of the
federal government in conjunction with educational systems and media sources do everything possible to prohibit and suppress free, independent thinking. That is the way of any tyrannical government.
And, sadly, the US Government (its proper name) fits the description of such a government.
3. Is differing opinion considered dissent?
Any person who believes the answer to this is “No” surely must have their heads hidden in the sand or elsewhere. As alluded to above, people who have thoughts and develop organizations against the federal government and its corruption and its systematic removal of constitutional rights, will soon be considered “terrorists”.
Actually, the FBI is all ready doing the above, that is, classing any citizens, especially those with strong religious beliefs contrary to what the government wants, as terrorists and
dissident groups. But, most people don’t know this since mainstream media ignores it or is forced to not print or state it.
4. Is obedience honored above reason?
The only questionable term is “honored”. Obedience of the masses is the intent of governmental entities from the federal to local
government. Is obedience ‘honored’? Not by those who love liberty.
And, of course, reason is feared by government, whether it be your local government violating your rights as a property owner, your rights as a citizen of the US of A (particularly when dictating what you may have on your property and directly taxing it which ultimately is nothing more than a form of rent), or state and federal government robbing you of much of your earnings.
No, obedience isn’t honored - it is demanded with severe repercussions against any citizen who does not obey illegal legislation or demands that his constitutional rights be
obeyed by government.
Fear, and fear alone, causes people to knowingly allow their rights to be violated by government. And, government uses its armed minions, along with judicial lackeys, whenever necessary
to force the masses to stay in line.
The new American way or what?
5. Is loyalty an issue?
Many Americans are now loyal to the Constitution and are doing everything possible to see that government does not violate the liberties guaranteed to
individuals (vs the majority). It is a movement that is growing and will, many of us pray, reach the numbers necessary to force government back into its subservient role of being extremely limited.
It, the Constitution, was not meant to control the masses and keep them in servitude to the government but, rather, just the opposite. It was written and established as the highest law in the land to, in part, keep the government subservient to the people.
Therefore, to the government those who are loyal to this Republic and all it stands for, have questionable loyalty. It wants loyalty to government, not the Constitution. Thus,
loyalty is an issue - an issue being resolved by government through fear.
Government uses threats of being jailed and armed attacks on citizens of the 50 states without retribution taken against those armed marauders supposedly having the task of ‘protecting’ the people. Instead, these thieves and killers are protected by a government with the intent of removing all rights of the people.
To those who are loyal to the Constitution and this Republic as the home of liberty protected by a Constitution being the highest law of the land, there is no issue of loyalty; there
is only an issue with a government gone mad with the lust for power and money.
What day will the last straw be cast that breaks the camel's back? No one knows but it will come and may God and the powers that be have mercy on the innocent.
6. Is allegiance demanded?
If one considers the degree of force used by government enforcers, including the CIA, DEA, FBI, IRS and its other armed marauders, military, and state
and local law enforcement agencies, the answer is “Yes”.
If one considers the threat of removing federal funding, as with education, highway development, welfare, and other financial programs, then, the answer is again “yes". By the way, welfare really sucks. Why should I work my butt off whle some person who refuses to work and provide for themselves gets a free ride? That is also against the Constitution of this nation.
Since this about covers it all, the answer to allegiance being demanded to government is, in the attitude of government, “damn liberty of the people all to hell”, YES!!!
If any don’t believe this, then refuse to pay taxes and demand all the money back that has been illegally taken from you. Refuse to pay property tax and see what happens. Refuse to
allow a law enforcement person on your property or to obey your constitutional rights on the highway or when coming on your property to stop you from having a cold beer or a glass of wine.
This could go on and on for volumes but the point is allegiance to actions and illegal legislation by the government is being demanded. Enough said.
7. Is there an exaggerated concern for enemies?
Hmm, now we get into the complexities of most governments on Earth working diligently to form one government with complete control over all the people. The relations that exist are not as we read or hear. They are, instead, the type of wheeling and dealing for complete power over the people that goes on behind closed doors and of which mainstream media will not publish or talk about.
You will not read the facts of any war and come out of it believing the war was other than for political and/or financial control over people, that there were not multitudes of hidden
governmental (or of individuals in government) agendas. If you can read and research, then do so and prepare to be shocked.
Read, as an example, of Bush’s (both of them) ties to Kuwaiti oil and forget the Republican/government propaganda BS that mainstream media presented as truth, that of concern for the Kuwaiti people.
Read of Reagan and Bush’s knowledge and condoning of selling illegal drugs (cocaine) to American citizens on American soil in the financing of arms for the Contras while showing concern for American citizens being victimized by drugs, either the use of or indirect effects (robberies, muggings, etcetera).
What of the so-called concern over people who were not threatening our soil in any way but whose governments were presented as being ‘enemies’ of the free world. Or Kosovo.
Or - heck, just pick some military action whether it be a world war or some smaller “police” action and dig until you find the true basis for the conflict and resolution as done.
Then, of course, there is another way to look at this. It is a fact there are now hundreds of thousands of people in so-called ‘free’ nations who are the enemies of government. They
are those who are working very hard to remain free.
And, of course, governments express concern for those enemies, an exaggerated concern that is only meant to confuse while
actions are taken to remove rights. In this nation, there is the “War Against Crime”, the War Against Drugs, the War Against
Poverty (if so serious about this, why does government continue taking your money in taxes that are illegal to begin with?), and the War Against Ignorance or Poor Education, to name
a few.
The truth is the government uses illegal drugs and crime to its advantage in trying to rid itself of the Second Amendment. See, the most effective deterrent on Earth to date against crime is arming every citizen, not de-arming the citizenry. So, exaggerated concern for the youth and future is used to hide the real purpose.
In addition, the government has no constitutional right to take money directly from workers and give it to non-workers. But government hides behind concern over the poor and needy while using money stolen from citizens to control buying power and regulate currency.
If so concerned, why are not fancy shelters built for the homeless? Ever think about that? Billions are wasted on other government projects but none goes to providing for the homeless
and putting them to work doing work that could be done, such as cleaning of streets and other public locations, or providing baby sitting services for those who say they can't afford to work because of baby-sitting costs.
Educational systems have been failing miserably for years, primarily due to government dictates and controls. But, at the same time, government shows extreme concern for the youth of America and properly educating them. What a sham.
Ignorance is the tool government uses in order to control the masses. Improvement in education will never be accomplished by government but only by people who finally determine private schools financed by those who wish their children to have the knowledge all free citizens should have are the key to righting the wrongs occurring by the government against the people.
The truth is all education should be privatized and removed from the realm of any government control whatsoever. That means no citizens’ earnings should be taken forcibly to support a failing system. It is not up to me to see that Joe Blow’s offspring
are educated - Joe Blow and a woman assumed that responsibility when the woman became pregnant.
All if the above are based on exaggerated concerns. The truth is government is little concerned with any of the above other than using them as political tools to use to keep them in positions of power which, in turn, are a never-ending source of increasing money into their coffers, be they private coffers or
political party funding. Or, to justify aggressive actions against other nations or governments.
As a matter of fact, government routinely violates laws while exhibiting pseudo, exaggerated concerns over the same matters and those it publicly states as being ‘enemies’ of the state, such as groups similar to the Davidians.
Thus, it is clear the government of this nation’s concerns for
enemies are as false as are many of the laws that have been passed.
8. Are your associations brought into question?
This is quite simple to answer. Ask the people in the Davidian Compound. Ask the people who have went to battle against the IRS and the resulting harassment of their associates by IRS bullies.
Need I say more?
9. Is it imprudent to explore contacts outside the group?
If by imprudent is meant
careless or unwise, then “yes”, it is imprudent to explore contacts outside the group. If by group is meant ‘those that fall into place as subservient’ and blindly follow the dictates
of said government, the exploring contacts outside the group would also be imprudent.
As a matter of fact, it would also be imprudent to explore contacts of groups now deemed by government as ‘being outside the group’, such as those the feds have termed ‘tax
protesters’ or ‘dissidents’ or ‘terrorists’, particularly those based on religious beliefs. Do so and you are automatically classed as the same, with the same surveillance done on you
as is done on the groups.
The central government, called the United States, a separate entity from the united States of America, is housed in the District of Columbia and will do whatever to whoever it feels
threatened by. It will go to any length to protect itself, regardless of whether it is against the Constitution of the states and the people or not, whether it is against the laws of God or not.
It is a vindictive, self-serving monster willing to attack and kill the innocent to protect its own. Witness Waco.
10. Are there pejorative terms for outsiders?
I had to look pejorative up. I take it as meaning disrespectful or contemptuous. As indicated in the above, number 9, “yes”, there are disrespectful or contemptuous names for those who insist on their rights being
observed, that insist on the Constitution as written be obeyed by a government that hasn’t any intention of doing so but, instead, is doing all it can to do away with every “unalienable” right granted to the individual by God.
Not only are those in power contemptuous of the masses and those who now are rebelling against tyrannical control but the government now contemptuously does anything it wants because of its certainty the masses are helpless.
It seemingly believes the people are without the will, the tenacity (for those relatively few who do have the will) to stick out the fight for constitutional rights while being subjected to government harassment. The IRS, because of
people’s existing fear of it, is used quite extensively and illegally to harass those who rebel against a government which is exceeding by leaps and bounds its actual constitutional
limitations.
But, to term us as ‘terrorists’ or ‘dissidents’ or, of all things, ‘un-American', while those in government certainly fit the definition of such derogatory terms for real. Meaning the
government does use terrorists tactics, they are dissidents against the Constitution of this union of states and people’s unalienable rights. Certainly, it is against the principles this nation was founded on or 'un-American'.
And, yet, these despicable people are in the highest
American offices which means some of the people have been fooled by them, those who voted them into office.
And shame, shame on them. Shows what ignorance of the masses will accomplish.
11. Are there signs of intimidation?
This has been partly answered in the above. There are not only ‘signs’ of intimidation but, in many cases, there are flagrant violations of constitutional law being employed by government in order to terrify the masses into
submission. Waco is only one example.
There are also hundreds of examples of government law enforcement agencies brutalizing innocent people and alleged violators of laws with ‘extreme prejudice’, meaning firearms are cocked and ready before a person is even approached or peacefully investigated or even investigated.
Law enforcement personnel are being taught to shoot, then ask questions while violating several rights of the innocent which are assured by the Constitution. Threats of imprisonment, loss of property, constant harassment by government officials and agencies are also used to force people to behave as oppressed
people should behave.
So, yeah, guess you could say there are 'signs' of intimidation being used by government.
12. Is there an increasing use of force to get things done?
The answer to this should be
given as “Yes” even by those who basically keep their heads in the sand. One could only be totally unaware of everything around them to not know of the attacks on innocent people and the government using physical force, even the military, to force people into line or to remove them.
There are also cases such as JFK, in which the probability of a government conspiracy is far greater than there not having been a conspiracy to remove Kennedy as president and as a person with influence who might have moved the masses to assuming control the people should have.
Likewise with Martin Luther King, Jr. The man had tremendous influence and believed strongly in the principles of this nation. He was becoming a force to be reckoned with and,
rather than dealing with him in a non-violent fashion, those in power quite likely conspired to have him killed. It was far easier to do that rather than having to deal with him in a
rational, American peaceful way.
Innocent people’s homes are broken into and guilt presumed where none exists. Law enforcement or government agencies such as the IRS use weapons, guns or otherwise, to either force innocent citizens into following or to kill those who refuse to fall into line as sheep.
Property rights are violated as are several other amendments during these attacks, letting alone the right to live by these devils in disguise.
As a matter of fact, all the government has to keep people in line or to force them into line is the use of illegal force, whether it be weapons or the courts who haven’t the slightest idea of the rights of the people. The government hasn’t any legal means of controlling the people and, instead, is expressly forbidden to do so by the Constitution.
Actually, government has exactly zero authority over citizens outside the District of Columbia and possessions except for that quite limited authority that was granted by the people.
This has not changed. No law can be made contrary to
the Constitution and, should a conflict occur, the decision must be in favor of the citizen, not the government. But lower court judges are just as corrupt and end up corrupt themselves and the law when deciding in favor of any government agency over a citizen of one of the states.
This is a type of force that is just as deadly as using firearms or bombs or fire to rid the government of those who insist on their rights being observed. For many, it is a living death, particularly when dealing with the debilitating effects of helplessness against a non-caring government and judicial system.
13. Do group members have access to their leaders?
So they say but, in reality, is it so? I have written the U.S. Attorney General, the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, and the president concerning the illegal withholding of my earnings by Wal-Mart
Stores, Incorporated. Will I get a response they are doing their duty?
I suspect not since I sent the letters certified with a receipt and have yet to receive the receipts that the letters were received. It has only been two weeks but just how slow is the
mail? (Note: As of January 15, 2000, I had received all the receipts except the one from the Commissioner of the IRS. Just slow mail service, I guess, or perhaps the offices were closed for the holidays and extended into the new year about two weeks.)
And, if I do get responses, will the responses follow the letter of the law? Not likely as Wal-Mart Stores, Incorporated, would have to be ordered to stop withholding on my earnings. All that has been withheld, whether for the so-called ‘income tax’ or FICA, meaning social security withholding which I did not, nor will not, authorize would have to be returned to me either by Wal-Mart or the government. And this would let the cat out of the bag concerning the illegality of directly taxing citizens’
earnings.
Sure, I, or any other American, can write letters and make phone calls. Technically, that is ‘access to leaders’ but whether or not the laws are followed is another matter. Obviously,
since there are hundreds of laws now on the books that are against the liberties guaranteed in the Constitution, access is actually no more than creating the false impression of it being
effective by members of government.
In other words, if action that follows the letter of the law is not taken by the recipient of the letter or call, then it is a false impression of ‘having access’ and one only wastes one’s
time by trying to access leaders. Besides, in the case of a letter, does the person being written read the letter or is it read by an office worker? If a phone call is made, does one get to talk to the person in office or just someone on staff?
I suppose one might try to get a one-on-one appointment which is true access. Make an appointment with the president and be given the time necessary to clarify the law concerning constitutional rights and liberties? I don't think so.
14. Is there evidence of arrogance in office?
Every piece of legislation that has been passed or is being passed which is in conflict or violation of the Constitution of the united States of America and the liberties of the individual is indicative of arrogance in office.
Every atrocity committed against innocent citizens, including but not exclusive of, spot checks, breaking into homes, searches without proper cause and authorization, asking a citizen for his identification, perpetrating and perpetuating lies, and illegal surveillance, to name a few, are all indicators of arrogance in office.
Then, there are such things as violations of oaths of office without action taken against the member of the central government, controlling mainstream media as to what is
reported or not reported, poo-pooing away impeachable offenses by members of Congress, allowing civil laws to be violated without prosecution by members of Congress, and manipulating the thoughts of people by false or misleading information are also strong indicators of arrogance in office.
Form letters of response to citizen’s concerns also indicate arrogance of office, especially when the form letters do not address the issues brought up by the constituent. Having
received many, it is quite clear the letters are intended only as political tools by either the politician stroking himself or by planting misleading or false information about the
politician’s opponent. When a citizen writes about concerns, the last thing he needs is some arrogant bastard in office telling him what to think rather than addressing the issue.
So, yes, there is considerable evidence of arrogance in office.
15. Is it difficult to locate responsive authorities?
Authorities as such are easy to
locate. I have the addresses of many plus I have sites in my list of Favorites that list any others I might need. But the question is whether or not it is difficult to locate ‘responsive’
authorities. The key word here is “responsive”.
As stated above, I have written the highest authorities (but not the supreme authority which is the Constitution) and am awaiting responses. Also, as stated, I seriously doubt I get
responses based on the laws as written. It is more likely I will be subjected to intense government harassment or worse.
This last day of this century and millennium, is filled not only with this essay but with my writing state senators and my ‘representative’ as to the illegality of direct taxation on citizens. Will I expect an answer from any one of the three based on the law as written?
No, what I expect is no answer to the actual issue or responses based on the lies perpetrated by the government and the IRS. After all, each is a part of the group that is stealing from the people.
Besides, members of Congress are as ignorant of the actual laws
as is your local CPA or other tax preparer or your employer.
Normally, false authorities such as the IRS ignore letters that prove the agency hasn’t any jurisdiction over citizens, just as members of Congress ignore letters that prove them to be
as corrupt as those they accuse of being corrupt. Or unethical. Or immoral. Or of having committed an impeachable offense.
At any rate, for another two weeks, possibly until February of 2000, judgment is delayed. Knowing that time must be allowed for responses, I give agencies or individuals up to two months. So I will get back to this one.
15. Is there excessive red tape?
If you have ever had any dealings with the government, you know there is excessive red tape in trying to get even simple acts accomplished. The government hides behind red tape. It knows the more difficult it is made for any citizen to obtain positive results, the less
likely any citizen is to act.
Couple governmental red tape with intimidation and
out-and-out fear, misinterpretations of law, violations of the Constitution by government, and the result is a wall being essentially formed which protects government against actions by
citizens or citizen’s groups.
Thus, it is easily recognized that red tape serves a purpose for government while working against citizens. As an example, consider the red tape involved in getting withholding stopped from your paycheck. I am not going through it all since there are many sites available to any citizen who wishes to learn the truth and am, instead, going to point out the absolute simplicity it should be to stop withholding.
Here is the law in a nutshell. The Constitution prohibits direct taxation on any citizen’s domestic earnings. Congress may not make any law repugnant to the Constitution.
Therefore, the government hasn’t any power whatsoever to directly tax any citizen’s earnings (barring earnings in excess of $70,000 from a foreign country with which we have a tax treaty).
A simple statement of citizenship should suffice to any business doing the withholding. And it does except for the fact that businesses do not know the law or
investigate the law, nor will the government tell the truth.
Also, nor will the government, including in its theft ring, the IRS, inform businesses as to the correctness of the law. Businesses should have been informed with IRS Publication 515 that withholding of the so-called "income tax" is not to occur when the employee is a citizen of one of the states.
Nor is social security withheld unless a citizen wants his earnings subjected to FICA withholding in order to later
have the potential of qualifying for benefits.
Thus, the red tape involved, if one includes as red tape the letters and so on that are necessary to get proper action taken, is so extensive that most people will just let their
money go without a whimper of protest. Of course, being terrified of the IRS terrorists helps in this.
16. Is there an open forum amongst members?
Well, there is supposed to be according to the Constitution in that it guarantees the right of assembly. However, it seems as if the government has also affected this liberty as one must get a permit for large assemblies and the like. Without one, people can be arrested and thrown in jail, whether the assembly of citizens is innocent of wrong-doing or not.
As far as an open-door policy between representative and citizen, this has been discussed above.
17. Is there a free press? This has been touched on above. Supposedly, there is a free press, at least as far as the Constitution is concerned. However, it also seems that the press is controlled by politicians and government as a whole in that what is printed is only what the government wants. This doesn't apply 100 percent, of course, but does apply to the degree that causes concern.
Its means of control over the press is the threat of IRS harassment and possible others, including political favoritism and back-scratching. The press is to present the facts to the people, not conjecture, nor false information. Of course, it is up to each to police themselves as seldom is a member of the press prosecuted for erroneous information, manufactured stories, or printing one side of any story with the intent to mislead and manipulate the thinking of its readers.
Which brings us to:
17. Are the channels of communication manipulated?
A resounding YES, YES, YES, to this. The
goal of the press and other forms of media is to manipulate people’s thinking. It is a most disgusting technique to observe and realize what is going on. People are brow-beat to
death when the press and others get it into their heads to change people’s thinking to their own, which is usually some politically motivated slam smear against their favorite’s
opponents.
Take President Clinton and foreign contributions. Hundreds of thousands of printed words and commentary concerning this but only a few concerning the Republican Party having received contributions from foreign interests.
Or the millions of words and commentary on Clinton receiving a head job from the slut, Lewinsky, but, in comparison, virtually nothing on Gingrich’s many extra-marital affairs or Burton’s bastard son born of a woman who was married as was Burton at the time of the affair which produced the baby.
Millions of words on Clinton lying under oath while the halls of government are 99.99 percent filled with people who violate their oaths of office daily and lie to the American people daily.
China’s connection with the Clinton administration began with Reagan, continued with Bush, and ran over into Clinton but you don’t hear much about that or read much about it, do you?
Hundreds, perhaps, hundreds of thousands of words were written and uttered when a Republican Congress decided to “honor” Reagan and Bush with the renaming of the Washington airport and CIA headquarters respectfully. But, what of these two men’s knowledge and condoning of CIA agents selling cocaine to American citizens in Los Angeles in order to finance the contras. Never read about that or heard it on newscasts, did you?
How about Republicans getting the majority in Congress with their 100 day plan, whatever they called it. Anyway, they did not accomplish a damn thing except put the phrase “oral
sex” in every young person’s mind. That is it for the 105th and 106th Congresses. What a waste of money Republicans have been.
'Course, don’t get me wrong. Democrats are a waste of money, too, when it comes to meeting the constitutional duties and goals of the central government, now popularly (or unpopularly) known as "THE FEDS".
Television surely must have the Republican Party as guardians and benefactors based on the amount of time devoted to slamming any Democrat while deifying Republicans. Any negatives that could be produced by Republicans during the Saga of Clinton Vs. the Republican Party, whether factual or not, whether verified or not, were aired multiple times while Democrats were given very little air time. It didn’t matter that each Republican spokesperson had done the same or worse.
Anyway, it became so disgusting I nearly puke everytime I try to watch the news to this day. Thus, I must rely only on news sources which are somewhat not as controlled or manipulative, Internet non-mainstream news sources (although it seems as time has went on, biasing is now occurring on the Internet also. Shame on them).
Mainstream media seems to glory in its ability to manipulate thinking of the people. It does not want a free-thinking society which takes the facts from every side and eclectically
arrives at its own conclusion. Oh, no, the goal is to get every person thinking as they wish, which is usually wrong, by the way.
Otherwise, manipulation wouldn't be necessary.
The result is that mainstream media is just another political tool used by the feds who are out to control the people of this nation. Thus, all the negativism concerning firearms while leaving out the truth, that the right to carry concealed weapons by all citizens has resulted in lower crime in every state where enacted while in those areas of the world where citizens have had the right to bear arms removed, crime has flourished.
And never is it mentioned that the Second Amendment is there NOT for protection against criminals but, instead, as protection against corrupt government. The last stand, so to speak, should peaceful means fail to correct government and rid the American people of a government determined to control the people.
Which leads us to:
18. Are places of learning targets for control?
Any person who thinks otherwise has their heads so far up their butts that it is a wonder they can function in society at all. If one wants to control others, it is so much easier to do so if the masses are ignorant of the laws and their rights.
An illiterate society that must rely on the spoken word is the easiest to control since facts cannot be obtained nearly as easy as by a literate people who have developed superior thinking skills. Plus, it makes it much easier for the media and political spokespeople to manipulate thinking.
Thus, the goal of a government bent on totalitarian government is to impede education and it does so by controlling it.
Controls are established by threatening the removal of federal funding and the like.
Or by the removal of free speech that doesn’t fit the curriculum necessary to develop citizens who understand their responsibility of being a free citizen in a Republic. First, understanding the system must be stressed, meaning that the Constitution and the basis for each and every article, section, and clause in it must be clearly explained until 100 percent of the students understand it.
Second, students must understand the role of a good citizen is to remain vigilant over those who have been elected to represent the liberties of the individuals who make up the people of this nation. Anti-constitutional, anti-liberty legislation must be done away with and any future legislation tending to affect liberties of the individual must be stopped.
Which brings us to:
19. Are alternate systems examined and evaluated?
For generations, the government
tried to force people to send their kids to public schools in a sense by prohibiting other means of obtaining knowledge. There was a mandatory age before kids could drop out. And many looked forward to it or dropped out before anyway.
Had I had my choice in high school, I would have quit and home schooled as the school had little to offer me. It is now permissible for people to home school and it is being
turned to as a alternative more and more.
People are looking more and more to parochial schools (the only ones that could have students from the population during my school years and for many years after). It may have been that other forms were always permitted but the government hid the fact since people have been led to believe the government has the right to do whatever it wants, to make any law it wants.
For certain, many now know the unconstitutionality of forced school attendance. Hopefully, in the very near future, people will get together and refuse to pay property tax that supports public education and, instead, rely of the private sector to develop true institutions of learning, institutions that have as a priority the learning and understanding of the Constitution of the united States of America and the exact functions of the central government.
And, as far as alternatives go, it is time to investigate alternatives to the current governing system. Think about this. Right now as this is written, 0.00000195, or roughly two
ten-thousands of one percent of the population dictate to the rest of the population laws which often are unconstitutional.
The power wielded by this few in number is due to people being afraid of the federal government and to the masses not understanding the law as in the Constitution nor their liberties. Not meaning the masses are stupid but just that they are un-educated as to the system of government known as a Republic.
Of course, those in government are just as ignorant. Their knowledge is only what will get them more money and increased control, not knowledge of how this nation is to be governed nor an understanding of the Constitution and limitations of the government. Or, if they know, they are keeping it to themselves as it would cost them billions to not do so.
20. Is travel controlled or curtailed?
Yes, on occasion it is. Say, the weather is extremely bad, such as a snow or ice storm. Roads are closed for safety’s sake.
But, does government have the right to do this? Not really since the Constitution guarantees unfettered travel and pursuit of happiness as long as it doesn't affect the rights of others. See, the point is one has the freedom to choose whether or not to travel under any conditions that might exist. It is not within the power of government to dictate when travel may occur.
A possible exception to this might be in the case of marshall law being established for some reason related to protecting the property and lives of citizens.
How about spot checks for driver’s licenses and insurance papers and proof of identity? This is not legal and exceeds the power of government as delineated in the Constitution. In fact, unless you are suspect of a crime, you may not be interfered with or even approached by any government person, including law enforcement. It is none of government’s business who you are, where you are going, how much money you have, or even whether you are armed or not.
To stop you is unconstitutional regardless of their rational unless you or your vehicle matches a suspect or suspect vehicle exactly. It is a form of “kidnap”. And to demand ID and the like is sickening. As I write this, my stomach is churning thinking of the degree to which this nation now matches those countries in which “Show me your papers” has been or is heard of.
This simply is NOT the united States of America as established by our forefathers.
21. Is currency or exchange regulated?
Is it ever! Once, money meant something, that of being equal to a given amount of gold or silver. Now, it is nothing more than ink on paper, the most regulated paper ever. So-called ‘income tax’ is used to control the buying power of the paper money which could just as well be Monopoly money.
This nation was taken off of the gold standard in order for the government to have the ability to manipulate and regulate currency and, probably the main reason, to make certain banks a tremendous profit, including the Federal Reserve Bank which, by the way, is not a government bank but a private corporation bleeding people of their money in the form of taxes.
22. Is the individual increasingly subordinated to the group?
My gosh, yes, the individual is subordinated to the group. Liberty of the individual is often given up by laws passed for the majority (supposedly) or for some special interest group.
As examples, major issues at this time are gun control and welfare. No citizen has to give up his earnings in order to
support others. In fact, providing welfare and the like does not even fall into the powers of Congress.
Firearms, the right to keep and bear arms, is guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment. But, this individual liberty is being affected by legislation directed to circumventing the amendment since Congress knows an amendment to the contrary could never be ratified.
In the name of the war against drugs and against crime and protecting citizens, people are subjected to illegal search and seizures in which the result is the “presumption of guilt” prevails and the rights of the individual are subordinated to the so-called protection of the many, the group.
The reality is, this is fake purpose with the real intent, control of the masses, hidden by benefits to the group (also, fake since no group can be better off being oppressed).
23. Are certain topics avoided?
I am finding this out now. As mentioned above, I have written the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service of Puerto Rico (commonly called the IRS of the united States of America even though it isn’t), the US Attorney
General, and the President of the United States in order to find out if any of the three will admit the truth to the scam against the citizens of the nation called “federal income tax”.
I suspect the topic will be avoided thereby removing channels of getting the facts straight with the people of this nation. I may be wrong in that and, if so, I will apologize but, somehow, I don’t think I will be apologizing but will, instead, be looking for other avenues of assuring the people of this nation know the con being perpetuated by the US Government and its strong-arm enforcement gang of marauders, the IRS.
24. Is public debate or assembly discouraged?
Hm, assembly is covered above but
there is public debate. I must consider this as meaning public debate with officials. This is certainly discouraged as public officials often must rely on planned debates with questions and the like known in advance so answers may be prepared.
In other words, the 'debates' are often not ‘debates’ but just question and answer sessions (which may or may not be applicable to any real issue facing the citizens of this nation).
It does sound as if "attempting" public debates could be a means of getting to the truth, however, as to whether or not debate is discouraged. If all else fails, couldn't one challenge his state’s senators and representative to a debate concerning the legality of ‘federal income tax’. Guess one could find out, then, whether debate is discouraged or not.
25. Is there emphasis on the infallibility of the leader(s)?
There used to be but now it
is more of “Well, they are human and make mistakes, too.” This came about due to the Republican’s vendetta against President Clinton. They couldn’t beat him politically so they ran a tremendously dirty-trick campaign of finding fault in his private life. Yeh, right, and as if they were all saints.
But, it began backfiring on them with Clinton’s popularity never ceasing to increase except for a very brief time period when it went to, depending on the poll, to a little less than 60, maybe even 55, percent. After that one drop, it went as high as 75 percent in polls and to 100 percent in every poll conducted by me across three states - Missouri, Mississippi, and Texas (yes, even Texas, home of the Bushes) - and correspondents online.
Part of the reason for this was that increasing amounts of dirt against Republican congressmen coming out and made public. Here they were bashing Clinton for less than what they did. So, the
good old Republicans decided to call it quits against Clinton, more or less, since the members of the party were being made out as worse than Clinton.
Thus, Clinton’s impeachment ended with the Republicans not even giving him a reprimand. After all, if they had attempted to remove him from office, what would they have done with all
the Republicans that had been caught with their pants down and in a huge number of lies?
Now, anything some butthead congressman or woman does, if made public at all (have you noticed the lack of reporting of this of late?), is just treated as a “mistake in judgment”. A good example of this is, of course, Bush Jr.’s use of cocaine. I state ‘use’ because I believe cocaine is one of the most addictive drugs and I don’t remember reading about his having been treated after many years of usage, including up to the very near present according to reliable witnesses and sources. Or are the addictive qualities of cocaine a myth?
26. Is there an ‘official’ history of the group?
Yes, and it is getting further and further from the truth. In regards to the IRS and Social Security, the official history is completely bogus and has been intended to defraud the American people which is exactly what has
occurred. I doubt that one out of a 1000 people walking down a street could now tell the truth concerning these two ‘official’ government agencies.
I also doubt that one in a thousand could demonstrate the importance of understanding the Constitution and the liberties guaranteed therein. Or, the intent of our forefathers when
establishing this Republic as a nation of free people enjoying the God-given rights all people should enjoy.
The facts concerning the necessity of people’s involvement in a Republic are distorted or ignored completely with, I suspect, complete discounting in the future. For example, a Republic depends on vigilance and involvement by the people with
the vote treated as the right and tool it is, rather than a privilege granted by government.
It is the people who control government in a Republic but this fact will be lost in the future. At the current rate of raping liberty, the government in deciding what is best for the masses and, hence, the individual. will have complete control. Or, has that all ready occurred?
For certain, there are many who are considered great 'officially' who were nothing more than thieves and con men dressed up as leaders who cared for the people they represented, people who misled their constituencies for
generations their ability at deceiving was so expert. A shame for sure but, just as sure, a reality.
Actually, at this time in the history of the Republic of the united States of America, any 'official' government story is treated as being a flagrant lie. The government has been caught in too many lies following atrocities against American people by the government.
27. Are the means in harmony with the espoused ends?
So simple to answer that it is
extremely scary. No, the means are not in harmony with the
espoused ends.
Much of what government does is to establish control while ‘espousing’ freedom as the goal. It is occurring worldwide led by the UN and quite possibly by the country taken as being the home of democracy (which we never have been since this nation is not a 'democracy'.), the united States of America.
When we are left with only a good or bad attitude as the only freedom of choice we are free to exercise, we will have lost every liberty. This is certain to happen if government continues to ignore the laws as written. It is, at the time, its practice.
Lower courts deciding against the individual who have the Constitution in their corner is most indicative that the means is not in harmony with the espoused ends. They haven't the power to do so but do it anyway and the people let these courts get away with it.
We are lost as a 'free' people if it continues since the longer unconstitutional government control goes on, the more solidly entranced are the deceits and the more difficult to dig them out and rid ourselves of them.
A good example is the fraud of social security as a requirement of all citizens and the complete fallacy of personal income tax on citizen’s earnings. Had these been handled properly by the citizens when the cons began, generations of Americans would not have had their money stolen from them by organizations that haven’t any right to do so, those thieving US Government agencies, nor would we be numbered as animals headed for slaughter or controlled, selective breeding (might be next).
The espoused end was for the betterment of society and ‘paying one’s fair share’ but the reality was and is that society would be better served without individual workers being robbed of earnings. Besides, one’s fair share was all ready paid in purchases of goods with imposts, duties. and excises paid on them.
Of course, with the dishonesty that prevails in the capitol, politicians neglect to tell people this. And so the farce of the legality of FICA and income tax continues to the detriment of all except those in power. They become wealthy regardless, the SOB's.
28. Is it still fun to be a member?
For myself, I must answer “NO” since most of my free time is now spent trying to right the wrongs perpetrated and perpetuated by a central government out of control and far exceeding its very limited power of providing for the common defense of the states making up the union and the defense of the Constitution of the united States of America which, in turn, assures the well-being of the individuals who are citizens of the states.
I am tired and would like to have some fun on my days off but, instead, am driven to doing what I can to wake people up to the reality that is, rather than continuing to let government
get away with its marauding of the principles this nation was founded on.
Plus, I wage my personal battle against a corporation that is ignorant of the facts but still have the power to bear false witness against me by reporting me as having “gross
income”. Nothing could be further from the truth but my earnings are still withheld by Wal-Mart Stores, Incorporated, of Bentonville, Arkansas.
My money, my 'remuneration' for trading my services for monetary earnings, is stolen from me and given to the government to handle a debt that shouldn’t exist, the debt to the Federal Reserve Bank, a private corporation in cahoots with the government of this nation.
So, is it still fun to be a member? How would you answer this?
The person concluded with:
“If we want to know the value of a group, a party, a nation; if we are to assess its freedom and benevolence, let us not inquire as to the might of its armies or the wealth of its resources -- we will be better served to ask after the care it gives to its individuals, the respect it nurtures for their rights; those rights of property and of dissent which form the irreducible basis supporting all the rest."
With this I fully agree. I must, however, add this in conclusion.
If one considers what is happening to individual rights, the
rights of property, of individual choice, and of dissent, one can only conclude we each have a loaded gun against our heads should we try to force our rights be observed and legally protected in the courts.
This particularly includes lower and tax courts often magistrated by people completely ignorant of laws as written. Instead of basing decisions on the supreme law of the land and US Supreme Court decisions, decisions are based on previous lower court decisions that were as legally invalid as the legality of taxing personal earnings of citizens.
If we are to survive as a Republic, we must become knowledgeable as citizens and teach those around us, all that can conceivable be reached, the facts, rather than continuing to allow the myths perpetrated by government.
If people can’t read, then we must talk and explain to them time after time, if necessary, what freedom really requires. We must get the people of this nation organized as a group demanding the Constitution of the union be protected and obeyed by those who
would have it otherwise. We must not sit still while courts rape the laws as written rather than obeying the laws as written.
My God, the supreme law of the land is THE CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA. It states quite clearly that no citizen may be directly taxed. It also states quite clearly that Congress may not make any law repugnant to the Constitution.
So, why in the hell are lower courts going against the supreme law of the land and getting by with it? That is an answer I will have.
This is the type of atrocity we must do away with. Judges are a dime a dozen and are either elected or appointed. Either way, if a judge goes against the Constitution, he must be removed from his position.
Furthermore, should any conflict occur because of vagueness
and potential misinterpretation, the decision must go with the citizen. This is in meeting the intent of the Constitution. So why hasn’t that been occurring since it is the law as interpreted by the US Supreme Court?
At any rate, if a judge does not obey this requirement, then removal and disbarment, if a qualified attorney, is the answer.
Politicians are also a dime a dozen but - good people who will defend the Constitution at all costs are not. It is those we must put in office, not some dork who just has the most money.
Besides, having the most money usually means the person is in conflict with those who do not have much, the majority of the citizens, and/or have all ready been bought by wealthy business interests.
We also must demand oaths of office be obeyed to the letter and, should any official do other than protect individual liberties and the Constitution, then they must be removed and replaced the instance the violation occurs. We must not allow people to remain in government who refuse to obey their oaths.
You see, we don’t need ‘legislators’ who are practiced at deceit - we need American citizens of high moral values who understand the Constitution and will defend it with their lives, if necessary.
In the past, members of Congress don’t read bills - hell, they don’t even know what most bills are concerned with. They simply ‘yea’ or ‘nae’ depending on
what they are told the bill will do for them as individuals, their party, or their big business interests and could care less about what any bill does to constitutional liberties of the individual.
When we have rid ourselves of the corrupted in government; when we can proudly face any peoples on Earth with our heads held high and have their respect based not on fire power, but on accomplishment, then I will once again be proud to be an American.
And, until that time, I am forced by my will motivated by disgust with the federal government and citizen abuse by its lackeys. I am driven to do what is necessary to meet
the end of assuring this Republican is as intended by our forefathers.
I don’t mean this last to sound like some lofty goal making me out that I am something special and unique. I am just an ordinary American citizen who wants to be treated as such
with all liberties intact and government limited as it is supposed to be.
And I am purely sick and tired of the people in Washington and all their games, including their deceits, their immoralities, their unethical behaviors, their frauds, their wastes and
abuses, their lack of solid values that lend them to being positive role models, their excusing away their inadequacies in self-control, and their intent to enslave us all.
It is time, Folks, to clean up government and limit it as it is supposed to be limited.
So, what is the answer to the title question?
After reading the above, what do you think?
