The war against Government’s evil little helpers

To live in a state of ignorance is just as bad as being ignorant. To deny the supreme law of the land is ignorant and those who allow those who will change it TO change it are living in a state of ignorance. Sadly, it seems as if the majority of the American people live in this state.

I am in a battle against ignorance. It is but one of many battles being fought in the war against the fraud perpetrated by the American government against all it ‘subjects’. I use the term ‘subjects’ because that is what we have become. We have become servants to government because we fail to learn the truth, or if we know the truth, to not act on it. We are a slovenly people when it comes to protecting the Constitution of the united (as an adjective) States of America. We are a slovenly people when it comes to demanding our individual rights not only be observed by government, but protected by government.

I know with the certainty that I am sitting here alive and well that the government hasn’t any right whatsoever to take any of my earnings in the form of direct taxation. I also know that no business or any other employer has a right to take any of my earnings for the government.

My primary opponent in the war against ignorance is not the government at this time but is, instead, a major business, the business I perform services for in the equal trade for earnings. In other words, I trade my property, my labor, for their property, money and benefits.

The law is quite clear in that property of American citizens may not be directly taxed. But, ignorance and the smugness of people supposedly trained in law acts as an ally for the government in its theft of the earnings of, not its citizens (those people who are residents of the District of Columbia, the posssessions, and federal properties), but the citizens of sovereign states.

Its ally in my case is the tremendously profitable corporation, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Wal-Mart operates so as to preserve the fraud carried on by the government and the IRS. It works as if there is a cospiracy between itself and the IRS to continue stealing the earnings of Wal-Mart’s employees. And, thus, my efforts to rid myself of unconstitution taxation by the government is blocked by the firm. Wal-Mart is one of the IRS’s little helpers.

The sad part is the majority of Wal-Mart’s employees live on poverty level incomes and could use every dollar earned. Just as sad is the fact that attorneys who do make a decent living within the corporation are actually rather ignorant as they live in the state of ignorance created by the government and the IRS. Of course, being as I am, I always question any so-called ‘law professional’ who does investigate the laws as written but, instead, go by heresay or obviously misapplied or misinterpreted laws.

Here is a corporation who continues its awesome rate of net income every year which is doing so on the back’s of the working poor. But, when confronted with an individual who insists on the law being obeyed, the individual is ignored, particularly after informing the legal office he would not be intimidated by any person simply because of that 'professional person' having been in law for 20-some years.

The fact is no business can legally deduct any withholdings from your earnings without a signed W-4 which essentially volunteers your earnings as “wages”. Furthermore, IRS Publication 515 clearly states no withholdings are to be done if the person is a citizen. It states in its instructions to employers: “Evidence of Residence. If an individual gives you a written statement stating that he or she is a citizen or resident of the United States, and you do not know otherwise, you do not have to withhold tax .”

Is this hard to understand? I didn’t think so but enter an individual named David O. Smith, a member of the legal team at the home office of Wal-Mart. The above directive is from the IRS and it not only relieves the citizen of withholding but also relieves the business of any responsibility for withholding.

But it seems as if it is too complicated for Smith to understand. My last letter to this person stated the law as it is, not as Smith believes it to be because of his not having studied the laws applying to citizen’s earnings of this nation.

That makes him an ally of the IRS and its scheme to rip off the American people to the tune of eight trillion dollars annually. You see, rather than responding now, Smith simply ignores me and the law while dictating my earnings continue being subjected to withholding.

Thus, my battle is against ignorance, not only his in his failure as a so-called professional to determine the facts but payroll clerks who should act within the law but do not, Congressmen who should obey the laws and their oaths of office but do not, the IRS who should stick to its legal function (collecting taxes on foreign earnings, primarily in the District of Columbia and the possessions of Guam, American Somoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Trust Territories of the Pacific Islands), and the citizens of the 50 states who should be demanding the law be obeyed rather than ignoring the law and governmental illegal actions.

And it sucks, especially since the truth would help all involved (excepting the IRS and the over-spending federal government). Smith and the payroll clerks would get all of their earnings and Wal-Mart would be saved a fortune in funds that would not have to be sent in in matching those withheld for social security purposes.

They, and others like them, cost businesses huge amounts of money each and every year. But they say ignorance is bliss. And, maybe it is for those who have control over people’s earnings before they get it.

I have often wondered why payroll clerks and people such as Smith I have had dealings with don’t appreciate my efforts. Could it be because I am causing waves in their seas of tranquility?

If so, I can’t imagine how they would feel if I end up causing a tidal wave of employees fighting for their rights. ‘Course, it wouldn’t matter to me since I would be in my own sea of tranquility by then.
