There are a couple of things working here. One is that when statements are printed, most people believe what they read. It doesn’t even matter the source - if it is printed, it must be true.
We have seen this work in case after case. The vendetta against Clinton was one of those cases. It is even possible that people believe O. J. Simpson killed his ex-wife is based on this, not on evidence. For a year or so in between the end of his trial in which evidence caused the jury to rule he was not guilty and the civil action concerning his being responsible in the form of ‘wrongful death’, people were bombarded by television shows such as ‘The Tonight Show’ and in grocery store check-out lanes with huge front page news headlines of his guilt.
And, of course, it is almost always in operation in sexual harassment cases. Evidence becomes secondary to what is read. If a person in charge or of some fame is charged with a crime, a large percentage believes it to be so and it really doesn’t matter later on if evidence shows otherwise. Once the opinion forms, it remains. Lives are often ruined even though the person is innocent of the original charges or any wrong-doing whatsoever.
Janet Reno is the US Attorney General. Her oath of office dictates she protect the Constitution of the united States of America. And, yet, people believe she made the statements. What is working here is quite troubling.
Since she is in one of the most important positions concerning federal law enforcement and many other government actions, isn’t it rather curious people would believe she did make the statements? Isn’t this rather indicative of the level of distrust the people have for the federal government?
Consider. Government cover-ups are getting more difficult for the government to ‘get away’ with without any making public of the truth. Situations such as Waco in which it has been
obvious there is a government cover-up is a prime example. So is the killing of an innocent woman at the Ruby Ridge stand-off.
Then, there are the old but never forgotten cases such as the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King. A large segment of the population believes both these assassinations were orchestrated by people either in or closely associated with the federal government. Personally, I believe both were CIA conspiracies spear-headed by members of Congress.
Then, there is the Iran-Contra affair in which selling of cocaine aided greatly the financing and arming of the Contras. Was there a cover-up concerning the federal government’s involvement? Did Reagan and Bush both know about CIA drug-dealing in the Los Angeles area? Did the two know about
North’s actions?
Of course they did but we will probably never know the complete truth and the depth of government involvement in drug dealing around the world. The reason is that having government investigative bodies investigate events or situations really does
not lend to the truth. If a cover-up has occurred, then why would a government investigative body find against, in essence, itself.
It is rather like Congress having one of its bodies investigate the fraud of misapplication of the income tax Code. Of course, the legislative attorneys merely spouted whatever the IRS states with very little of it being statutorily correct. Reading the CRS Report for Congress titled “Frequently Asked Questions Concerning the Federal Income Tax”, July 16, 1996, as compiled
by John R. Lucky, Legislative Attorney, is much like reading FAQ’s answered by the IRS itself. In other words, it is a complete lie meant to mislead and defraud.
Then, there is the case of Flight 800. James Sanders proved beyond any shadow of doubt through evidence that evidence by the federal government was altered (such as comparing ‘before’ pictures to ‘after’ pictures’) and its cover-up story completely fabricated. The government’s persecution and prosecution supported this.
Again, though, we had the government investigating the government. And Mr. and Mrs. Sanders being tried by the government’s courts. The result was, of course, that the Sanders were convicted for ‘tampering with
evidence’ even though he did all he could to keep evidence from being tampered with.
Having talked to many, many people concerning the Republican’s actions against President Clinton for the past 5 and a half years, most believe the entire mess was controlled from start to finish (actually, should state ‘to the present’ since they have brought it up again in an effort to discredit Gore) by
Republican leaders who could not defeat Clinton in the polls nor at law-making.
They tried every underhanded trick available, including (in many people’s opinions) the hiring of women to make statements against President Clinton. It is even possible that Lewinsky was hired to seduce Clinton and then, with much personal anguish and all, admit that she gave him a head job. After all,
it has made her wealthy by most standards.
Several of those who were quite outspoken about Clinton and family values proved to be as bad or worse than Clinton. Dan Burton, who many people believed was a righteous individual, was found to be as bad a womanizer as Clinton and that he had even fathered a bastard child who he never admitted to having fathered until he was forced to.
The same with another Clinton hater, Gingrich, who resigned (probably forced by his own party) his position as House
Majority Leader. And he is really hurting. This guy who is one of the biggest crooks and worst liars this nation has ever seen and heard is now bringing in something like $50,000 per speaking engagement. Crap, what a bunch of fools this nation is full of.
It is common knowledge that government responds to big business. After all, big business is the source of most of the extremely high contributions and the many perks available to the corrupted many in government. Huge contributions are just bribing of officials since Congress responds with passing laws that favor big business, special interest groups and the lowly public be damned.
Now, let’s consider the 2nd Amendment, the most volative inalienable right. Every member of Congress who has ever voted for even one gun law affecting law-abiding citizens of the 50 States have violated their oaths of office.
Furthermore, any federal law not falling within the duties of the
federal government as stated in Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution does not apply to the people in the 50 States. For example, the BATF’s jurisdiction ends with a one-time tax on imported arms only. The federal government doesn’t
constitutionally have the power to tell any law abiding citizen of the 50 States when they may buy weapons, what arms they may buy, how many they may buy, what type they may buy, or to have any weapons registered.
Federal seizures of property relating to crime are not legal when applied to people who have not been charged with contraband violations, including so-called firearm and drug violations. It is now charging crimes to the property itself and confiscating it from law-abiding people. Like, if a drugger sells while standing on your property, the federal Gestapo will seize your property, sell it, and leave you flat out cold on the street.
It has expanded maritime-Navy laws to the States. And, there isn’t an ocean in, let’s say, Missouri. Therefore,
Missouri does not fall within its jurisdiction except in very limited cases. It is the same concerning property seizures by the IRS.
The federal government, along with courts it controls, however, continue the atrocities. Unbelievably, some 800 cases of abuse by the IRS against citizens were found to be legally done even though every case is actually based on
fraud and was completely unconstitutional from start to finish. See, the IRS has no business questioning any American citizen with domestic earnings only. It is FRAUD, People, fraud perpetrated and perpetuated by the federal government. Again, however, we have the federal government investigating the federal government.
Then, there is the fraud of the Federal Reserve Bank. Talk about a private company that should be investigated under anti-trust and monopoly statutes, not counting banking laws. It is nothing more than a laundering service for the federal government. It is where your so-called ‘tax’ dollars, including
social security tax, goes to pay a debt that is nothing more than a conspiracy between the federal government and the Federal Reserve Bank system.
Instead of it and the A-holes in Congress and government who know the truth, innocent people’s homes are broken into by federal agents, property seized, people terrified, and, sometimes, innocents killed.
To top it off, charges are fabricated that often result in people being jailed supposedly for violating federal law, laws that do not even constitutionally apply within the 50 States. Its actions and getting away with those actions are based on the
fear instilled in law-abiding citizens.
Our people have been subjected to military actions that were not in defense of this country. That is unconstitutional and is more related to world finances than to the defense of freedom and liberty. It is not the federal government’s job to police the world nor to use our troops, money, and so on to do so. It’s job is to defend the people of this nation against all who
would encroach upon our liberties.
In examining actions of the federal government, one finds that American troops have been used against American citizens on American soil. By troops, we must include not only the military but also armed and dangerous FBI, DEA, Customs, and IRS agents (often US Marshals). Oh, yes, and don't forget government hired killers such as the below metioned Lon Horiuchi.
The sole purpose of the military is to defend our shores and the Constitution of the united States of America while the purpose of the DEA is to enforce proper taxes being applied to imported drugs or drugs falling under interstate commerce regulations since the feds have no other authority related to drugs.
If not paid, then to seek out those importing the drugs in order to obtain proper tax.
The purpose of the FBI at its inception was to investigate federal crimes which included only those related to national banking, peonage, land fraud, bankruptcy, naturalization, and anti-trust. These, of course, fell within the provisions of Article I, Section 8.
However, in 1910, the “White Slave Act” was passed which gave the bureau the power to investigate women being transported across state lines for immoral purposes. Was this interstate commerce? Not unless the ‘immoral purposes’ were selling the women’s bodies. Then, it can only be an interstate
tax offense.
Anyway, because the people did not stop this action, it allowed the federal investigative body to begin expanding to investigating people with State violations and no federal
violations. At this time, its investigative powers circumvented the Constitution.
Since that time, the FBI’s investigative power has been expanded time after time until, at the present, it is a world police organization. Its jurisdiction has been expanded into the States, an area in which it should not have jurisdiction other than that stated above. Its jurisdiction should have
remained as outlined for the federal government in the Constitution since it is a federal policing organization.
But, it hasn’t. Take the World Community Education Center which provided “truthful education about social, and political events that have shaped our world ...” In checking its listing of topics, it is found the organization gave classes in the constitutionality of tax, the voluntary nature of social security, social, political, and economic realities of today’s world, and the writings of the founding fathers concerning the Constitution and history, to name a few.
Was there a crime committed for teaching people the truth? Must have been because around 15 to 20 (from a statement by J. W. Zidar) armed agents raided the home of Mr. Zidar on May 10, 200. According to investigative reporter David Bresnahan of World Net Daily (email alert from Mr. Bresnahan received May 20, 2000),
“Federal agents dressed in black and carrying heavy arms raided two private homes in Arizona on May 10, seized many items, interrogated the occupants at gun point and left without making any arrests.”
If I recall correctly, a search warrant was not given to Mr. Zidar or his associate until after several hours of being questioned under gunpoint. He was not allowed to accompany those searching his home and seizing property.
This was an unconstitutional attack on an American citizen. The FBI and other federal entities may say anything they want but the truth is several rights were violated, including the 1st, 4th, 5th, 10th, and 14th Amendments. It was an intentional terrorist-like action taken against people who attempt to tell the truth.
Then, there is the never ending saga of Waco. It will never go away just as the suspicions concerning the above assassinations will never go away. There will be enough searching for the truth that the infamy of probable government cover-ups of government misdeeds will live on.
In “The Spotlight”, a journal that tells the truth regardless of potential consequences, it was reported by Mike Blair that:
The article by Mr. Blair further stated:
“Orders were given to the top secret Combat Applications Group of Fort Bragg, N.C. (known as the Delta Force), by President William Jefferson Clinton because the seemingly endless stand-off between the FBI and members of the religious sect had become an embarrassment to his administration, according to a former Army Special Forces member.”
According to the article, a ex-CIA agent, Gene Cullen, was also ready to testify of the Delta Force’s involvement. He wanted “protection” in return for his testimony since he had been threatened with prosecution for violating ‘national security’ is he talks.
In addition, Steve Barry, a retired member of the Special Forces, including Delta Force training, stated that “... a team of about ten members [two bricks]
of Delta Force was involved in the Waco massacre.”
“Barry told The SPOTLIGHT that there was a team of "as many as 10" Delta Force troopers assigned to Waco, including, as he describes them, "a commander, a sergeant major, two to three communications guys, two to three intel [intelligence] guys, a medic and two to three operations guys."
Of course, the $12,000,000 investigation by Danforth relieved the federal government of any responsibility for the killing of 86 people, including 24 children. This in spite of the above statements and the extensive evidence collected (about 12 tons) by the Texas Rangers.
Plus, Lon Horiuchi was there in command of a sniper post. His sniper post had fired shell casings matching the calibers (.223 and .308) used for sniping (intional killing) according to the Texas Rangers. The man is a known government hired killer, via Ruby Ridge fame and the ‘murder’ of an innocent woman.
Now think - IF GOVERNMENT DIDN'T PLAN ON KILLING, WHY DID IT HAVE SNIPERS PRESENT?
This could go on but suffice it to say the federal government’s actions in the Davidian massacre are quite questionable and an investigation by one of its own did not alleviate the probabilities of a most serious attack by the military
against American citizens on American soil.
That is, in reality, an act of “War” against the States.
‘Charges’ against the Davidians included weapons and drug charges, both of which are based on unconstitutional federal laws being applied within the 50 States and both of which were unfounded if reporting was correct.
And, yes, the Davidians believed in the 2nd Amendment, were quite religious, and also must have been treated as needing ‘government intervention’. Even though Reno might not have made the statements, the FBI and others under her charge sure acted as if she had.
Obviously, the federal government is out of control and ignores the Constitution. Thus, there is a question as to whether or not people can control the federal government through the voting process. People, including many in government, have stated the necessity for downsizing and so on.
Joseph Stalin, an infamous communist tyrant, stated:
“Those who cast the
votes decide nothing; those who count the votes decide everything."
Since the 80’s there has been much speculation that electronic voting is rigged. Only one state, New Hampshire, still counts votes by hand. The other 49 rely on computer counting. The below taken from “The Spotlight”.
“• Interview with Princeton University computer professor Howard J. Strauss, aired by CBS Evening News on election eve in 1988. Strauss tells Dan Rather: "When it
comes to computerized elections, it's not a door without locks, it's a house without doors." There was never a follow-up to this report.
• Report by Mary Krutko of WKRC-TV in Cincinnati, Ohio, on the only wiretapper
ever to state in a deposition that he was involved in fixing an election.
• Jim and Ken Collier, authors of Votescam: The Stealing of America, being dragged hundreds of feet and thrown out of the Dade County, Fla., Board of Elections.”
Does a votescam exist? This was covered up by the media in very short order but in the November 3, 1998, elections, ABC News ran the results of the election on Monday night several hours before the polls opened. As reported by Jon Dougherty, former Editor of USA Journal Online (now a featured writer of World Net Daily), ABC News inadvertently published all of Tuesday’s election results on the evening of November 2, 1998.
Michelle Bergman, ABC spokesperson, said it was just doing a rehearsal for its election coverage when a glitch occurred which resulted in dumping of data (40 pages) onto active web pages. Bergman further stated it was all dummy data used for testing purposes only.
However, the dummy data was 80 to 90 percent correct. Dougherty on November 5 stated that comparisons showed governor races to be 90 percent accurate while senatorial races where in the high 80’s.
According to ABC, the data dumped live came from the Voter News Service (VNS) which is an organization created by several major news networks for the tabulation of election results giving instant information to broadcast.
ABC and other networks, including CNN, were telling people who the winners were after only two to three percent of the
district had reported in. As Dougherty stated, “It went like that all night long.
How can you project a winner with such flimsy, incomplete information - unless you already know who was going to win?”
Anyone who has basic knowledge of computers knows that nearly
every computer can be tampered with. It doesn’t matter its level of security. So why would anyone not suspect the potential of electronically manipulating the results of elections either by those in government or by big
business interests? Or, maybe even by the media itself?
What all of this boils down to is mistrust of government and a very minute use of examples to explain why there is mistrust resulting in the acceptance of the statements by Reno.
We know those who battle for the correct application of tax regulations are often persecuted. We know those who battle for 2nd Amendment rights are often persecuted. We know those who battle for our other unalienable rights are often persecuted. We know militia organizations ready and training to do actual battle for the protection of our inalienable rights are often persecuted and deemed ‘enemies of the
state’.
We know those who try to educate the people concerning the government’s actual constitutional role are often persecuted. We know the federal government has used government forces against civilians, including such examples as Kent State, Waco and during home invasions of law-abiding citizens. We know the government conducts cover-ups to protect its lawlessness.
And we know the government does not want an educated public. We know these people acting in the name of liberty are often called ‘right-wing radicals’, the ‘New Left’, ‘tax protesters’, militants’, ‘subversives’, ‘anti-big government’, and, yes, even ‘cultists’. All are terms with extreme negative
connotations created by the federal government to discredit those attempting to tell the truth.
The federal government bases its invasion of the States and the privacy of citizens on ‘the war against crime’, the ‘war against drugs’, and ‘for the children’. It plays on the heart strings of people concerning ‘for the children’. It uses this and crime/drug control as means of eventually disarming
the people of this nation.
By labeling people as in the above, it makes it much easier to get away with the atrocities it has been committing against law-abiding citizens. Lending to this is, of course, the complacency and apathy of the majority of the American people.
At any rate, the reason people believe the statement was made by Reno (it could have been based on her actions concerning Waco), is based on the above and thousands of other examples which show the government for what it is - an organization that cannot be trusted.
Because it cannot be trusted, it must be done away with or every person now in it removed from office, post, or position. Sad to say, this would take an informed, persistent population not afraid to fight for our liberties and I am afraid that populace just doesn't exist.
Thus, we are doomed to servitude of the federal government.
Military Unit Responsible at Waco “An elite U.S. Army military unit was responsible for the massacre of 76 Branch Davidians after a 51-day siege by federal officers of their compound at Waco, Tex., in 1993.”
