The Simple Truth

The Senate seems to ignore the simple truth concerning witnesses and taking up more Congressional time. The simple truth is there isn’t one bit of additional information that any witness can give.

President Clinton did have a sexual liason with Lewinsky. That is a simple truth. He lied about the affair, no more than any other politician or individual in this country has done. That is a simple truth.

Jones never had a case to begin with and has, nonetheless, been paid off. President Clinton did not in any way interfere with testimony in the Jones’ case as Lewinsky-Clinton did not in anyway give evidence to Jones’ claim of sexual harassment. That is a simple truth.

Therefore, the easy way for the Senate to end this matter is to simply vote on it with a 'Nay' to impeachment.
