THIEVES WITH BADGES -
Under any other name, a thief is still a thief.
The answer to the first is the public must have gone nuts to allow the raping of liberty as is being done by the federal and state governments with the help of their law enforcement agencies.
The answer to the second is NO, at least in the cases of ‘for the people’ and
‘of the people’. The crooked, corrupt, liberty-stealing government raping and plundering the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the
United States of America, along with the Bill of Rights as reflected in the first ten amendments has little to do with people’s rights, other than the removal of the same.
We have a most misunderstood concept and I am as guilty as the rest concerning it. This nation is not actually a nation with liberties ruled by the majority. No where in the Constitution does it state it is. No where in the Bill of Rights is it stated “These rights and liberties are, of course,
dependent on the majority determining their legitimacy.”
The most important statement concerning liberty in my mind comes from the Declaration of Independence which, without a doubt, the finest piece of writing ever expressing the goal of a nation being born. It states: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
Everything else in the original draft of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, is there in support of this statement, a statement of the individual, not the majority.
In the introduction, the Declaration states: “When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands
which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, ...”
The key statement as to this essay is “...to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, ...” The laws of nature are applied to the individual. Granted, the individual is part of society and, as long as all respect and observe the rights of all others, then all are free to pursue happiness by applying those God-given liberties as necessary and/or desired.
If an individual violates the rights of others, then the laws of Man may be applied. Now, make no mistake. Congress, the government, cannot make (legally) any law removing any of these rights of the individual. It is against the Constitution regardless of any political claptrap rhetoric to the contrary. In fact, Title 18, Section 241, might aptly be applied to any members of
Congress conspiring to do so.
What this means is government cannot make laws removing rights of the individual under any pretext, such as “for the children’, the so-called “drug war", or to control crime. It is not in its power to do so. And it does not, I repeat, does not, matter what the majority of the people will support. It only matters what the individual is guaranteed in the most important documents of this nation.
And, every practice currently being done in the name of these seemingly “laudable” actions remove innocent people’s rights. That is a constitutional no-no and each and every lame-brained politician doing so or participating needs to be dealt with as rapidly as possible. If not, you will soon be a complete slave to these self-serving, liberty-destroying denizens from Hell.
After all, how often have we heard that ‘no man must be above the laws of the land’. Aren’t any congressmen and the like using that phrase requesting
that we must treat members of Congress as residents, arrest them, and slap every violated law right smack in their faces (as in ‘throw the book at them’). They do not, and must not, have the constitutionally unsupported action of changing the Constitution to suit their warped, power pursuits.
All this has been to get to a case that causes me great grief and additional fear as I travel the highways. It is related to the below as you will see.
If an individual steals another’s property, then he has deprived the right of an individual to own and keep his property and pursue his happiness through his material goods.
If one goes on another’s property without permission or “without just cause” in the case of law enforcement, then a crime has been committed.
Recently in the state of Kansas, a vehicle was stopped even though there wasn’t any apparent reason given. During the illegal search, the officers found nearly $19,000 in cash. The cash was confiscated. To date, the two men have not recovered their money. It is destined for the pockets of the arresting officers (using the terms loosely since no arrest was actually made) and the prosecuting attorney. (If these so-called officers of the law and court follow the pattern established in the state of Louisiana, then the judge hearing the case
will also get a cut.)
Several constitutional rights were violated. Among these, the reality is no officer has the right to stop any person unless a traffic law is being violated or if they are looking for a car driven by a suspect of the same description. It is against the Constitution of the United States of America.
Also, no officer has the right to search a vehicle. It is private property and a search warrant must be presented to the owner/driver of the vehicle. Otherwise, it is illegal search and seizure. It is against the Constitution of the
United States of America.
Plus, the ‘officers of the law’ (using the phrase about as loosely as it can be used) had absolutely no right to confiscate the money regardless of asset forfeiture (nothing more than theft) documentation to the contrary. According to a very informed
source, confiscating property, including money, is treating the money as the defendant (suspect, in this case).
There was not any evidence of drugs or any other illegal contraband so existing laws allowing theft by law enforcement agencies do not even apply, let alone the unconstitutionality of
such actions by thieves with badges and their ‘officer of the court’ conspirators.
After two weeks, there still isn’t any evidence of wrong-doing by the men in the vehicle. And yet these thieves who are disguised as law enforcement agents still have their money. The men must now prove their innocence and sue in civil court for their own money. Should they lose the case and not be able to prove their innocence or no detectable crime, the money
is distributed as above.
There are other constitutional violations but, here is the thing. The money was confiscated illegally; these men were illegally detained and essentially kidnapped (Look up the meaning. Even blocking someone from exiting a building is kidnapping and, most certainly, seizure is).
The officers should be arrested and tried, convicted and punished. They violated the laws of liberty and are no better than the Gestapo of Nazi Germany.
Damn, People, why the heck aren’t you in an uproar over what the government and its armed minions are doing. It could be your money next - or your car - or your very life if you resist these low-life, ‘less-than-the-scum-of-the-Earth’ terrorists.
Come to think of it, why isn’t your congressman in an uproar over situations such as this? There are literally hundreds of examples now of law enforcement terrorizing and killing innocent citizens, taking their property (not even counting the seizures by the biggest crook of all, the IRS), and, in some cases, virtually wiping out their life’s dreams and their sense of security in a nation in which it is believed we are secure in our freedom.
I would almost wager that as many people innocent people are terrorized, beaten, mugged, or killed by law enforcement people as have been killed by firearms in the hands of civilians in the last ten or so years. I use this comparison since cops'
weapons stop legal resistance in many cases (its hard to state it is against your constitutional rights to be detained when some bozo who just might be crazier than a loon has a gun pointed at your eye).
We won’t get the facts because law
enforcement protects its own and without videos and the like by civilians, we might not even know of the cover-ups of innocents being beaten and terrorized that we do know about. So watch yourself if you are ever stopped on a lonely stretch of road and pray some crazy ass in a cop car isn't anyplace close.
At any rate, why isn’t mainstream media personnel questioning Congress concerning these matters? This is flagrant terroristic raids on innocent people (never forget the presumption of innocence and, without due process, all citizens are considered guilty by so-called officers of the law) and it must be stopped.
So, Congress and those Americans who think you lead a comfortable, secure, freedom-filled life, get off your dead butts and straighten this unholy, unconstitutional plundering of American citizens by the government and its agencies.
And, pray (once again) it doesn’t happen to you or yours next.
