Uncovering government cover-ups

Much of what the government does is wrong, either civilly, criminally, constitutionally, morally (ethically), or multiple combinations of these. And, much of what the government does is cover-up its own wrongful acts.

After reading many cases of government cover-ups and suspecting others, one comes to the realization that the idiots always use the same basic excuses and patterns.

There is ‘for national security reasons’. Get real. How could a test such as the Waco gun fire test possibly have anything to do with protecting this nation from invasion by aggressive forces? Translated this phrase means, “This has nothing to do to with national security per se but merely that we in government have done wrong and we have to protect our own butts from the wringer.”

Then, there is “Experts contend ... (whatever)” Well, just what experts and who owns the (quote) experts (unquote)? Well, if the expert is testifying for the government, then you can be certain it is a federally controlled expert. The feds often even deny independent experts the opportunity to investigate and give their “expert” opinions. And, then there is also the fact that since the government expert is paid by the government (or not harassed or threatened), the expert words his analysis so as to either support an opinion or go against it, depending on which favors the government a-holes violating laws, rules, and so on.

“The findings are secret so we can’t release them.” Of course, the findings are secret. After all, if they were made public, the public would know the extent the government lies and cheats the American people.

Then, there are “safety reasons”. This is one of the two being used for the Waco gun firing tests. It matters little that exercises with live ammo are done in towns without the towns’ permission (recently, Kingsbury, Texas). Only when it comes to hiding the facts does safety become an issue. In the case of gun firing tests, I think it should be televised after enhanced films of surveillance infrared cameras and radar are shown.

“Get the bulldozers out”. Course, we don’t hear this one. But, anytime the government has done a major travesty against people of this nation, immediately the ‘dozers’ (figuratively speaking, also) come out and start burying the evidence. Well, the dozers should serve as evidence that there was something that had to be hidden and, in cases involving the government, including in actions such as Waco, you can bet it was because of committing several violent, felonious crimes while violating nearly every civil right in existence.

Anytime FBI experts start explaining an event in which it has the potential of being in the wrong, you can be assured the explanation given is not the truth. The truth is foreign to this organization when it comes to protecting itself and damning innocents.

Ask James Sanders and his wife, Liz. They know and so do all the other Americans who read Mr Sanders book detailing the FBI’s skill at hiding the truth while supporting the lies. Read “Altered Evidence”. It is an eye-opener and this nation owes Mr. and Mrs. Sanders an apology and a return of everything they lost because of the FBI’s crooked manipulating, including the jury’s conclusion which was based on not facts, but altered evidence and fabrication.

Oh, in case you don’t know, Mr. Sanders proved (at least to me and thousands of others) Flight 800 was downed by a missile from either friendly forces or some other source. For one thing, from the time his analysis was printed, he became the target of a massive government persecution in the middle of a massive government cover-up. It mattered little that he found the truth. The truth could hurt the government so persecution and prosecution were the government’s answer to the truth concerning this tragedy.

In the case of Flight 800, let’s see all the evidence, not that permitted by the FBI but the evidence uncovered by Mr. Sanders. Let’s see so that we may judge for ourselves. Actually, let’s see it and then listen to the FBI as it squirms around trying to skirt the issue or put blame where it doesn’t belong.

Then, there’s “Federal mandate”. If you hear this, it is the federal government exceeding its limits of power as stated in the Constitution of the united States of America. See, the federal government can’t mandate anything without permission of the majority of the states. Federal laws just don’t apply. Check it out. That is why there is federal and state jurisdiction.

The a-holes in Washington can make any law they want concerning the District of Columbia, the possessions, and federal property. But, any law they make is no more valid in the union of 50 states than Mexico making a law and then saying it applies to the 50 states. Needless to state, most of what the federal government does is unconstitutional as far as the 50 states are concerned.

I believe anything that deals only with this nation should be open to inspection by any person who wants to review it. This is our nation and we should have the right to read or listen to any transcript or record of activity. If there isn’t anything to hide, then why should there be any objection.

This includes any files the FBI might have on members of Congress or any branch of government. If these people are doing as they should, then what do they have to hide? And, if they do have something to hide, then we have the right to know it.

Occasionally, you hear some politician making statements along the lines of “The people have the right to know”. Granted, this is always when they are trying to hurt an opponent but -- you know what? We do have the right to know. We have the right to know every sordid detail of every action taken by any member of government.

We have the right to know exactly what they do 24 hours a day since they are “on duty” 24 hours a day, just as I was in the military. Screw this idea of their private lives. Their lives aren’t private. They gave that up with the office they pursued and won. Besides, they observe us 24 hours a day if they choose and violate our right of privacy in numerous ways, none of which are constitutional.

We have the right to know exactly how government operates so that we may stress the controls established in the Constitution. If it is operating as it should, above board, then there is nothing that should be hidden. My gosh, if you have a business, don’t you have the right to know what each employee is doing? Or, if you are the employee, don’t you expect to have to answer to your employer occasionally. Or to be evaluated?

Hell, while we’re at it, let’s require they all take drug tests, including breath tests for alcohol while ‘at work’. Bet we could give at least a third a LUI the first afternoon (following the morning session, anyway). That would be a Legislating Under the Influence with the allowance being one tenth of what a DUI is in their home state.

You see, we have forgotten this basic fact. Government people are our employees. Let’s apply the laws to them they so willingly apply to us. Make them open up their bank accounts, hidden accounts, off-shore accounts, and all their no-account activities to all of us. Every facet of their lives should be available on the Internet so that we Internet people can pass it along to others since mainstream media isn’t going to.

Speaking of mainstream media, when you first hear or read about a situation, such as Flight 800 (first reported, if I recall correctly, 400 witnesses seeing what appeared to be a missile/s streaking towards the aircraft) and suddenly the story changes in favor of whatever government is saying, you can bet the media is involved in the cover-up and helping those in government who willingly scratch the media’s backs.

Also, when witnesses are discredited (as they do regardless of the situation), you have a very safe bet the government is covering something up. It is one of their oldest tricks beginning way back with the earliest UFO sightings. “Let’s just discredit the witnesses and make them look like buffoons. Or crazy, blind-as-a-bat idiots.”

Thus, when you hear or read discrediting statements made by some government person (such as a spokesperson) or government expert against a witness, start digging for the truth beginning with: “I must presume this witness is telling the truth; otherwise, the government wouldn’t be trying so hard to make him look the fool.”

Look, Folks, I am an American and I believe strongly in ‘being an American’. But, I do not stand behind a government that has distorted the meaning of this nation as much as those we now have in government. I am an adult and I can take the truth. What I can’t take are the lies that pour out of the capitol and other levels of government daily. It is not only disgraceful to this nation; it is violating the laws that help us behave as a civilized people. And, those behaving most disgracefully are those who should be the epitome of decorum but are not. They are, instead, the epitome of all that must be held in contempt.

That is my opinion of those who orchestrate government cover-ups. What’s yours?
