But, then, as I read every new article on KABA, I realized a very important fact that many might miss. It is a fact that caused me to realize just how powerful the use of FEAR is by the US Government and its armed terroristic agencies or non-agencies in the case of the IRS/BATF/Customs coalition of anti-American trusts.

As noted above, the person who wrote the piece was afraid to sign his name. And, why? One can only surmise it was because he was afraid of retribution. Being afraid of retribution for writing of the only two courses left to the American people is an accurate indicator of the plight liberty is in in this country.

Not only are many afraid to write or voice their beliefs, there are many in government who do not fear to stop the hell out of the Constitution and liberty. These tyrants unopposed by the People have established the type of fear in the public that the founders of this nation rebelled against. Now, however, the fear does not lend well to people violently opposing the federal government's infringement upon the unalienable rights of the People. It, instead, renders them helpless.

The Constitution of the United States of America, the Declaration of Independence, the Federalists Papers, and the thoughts expressed by many of our American founders all support the use of arms in opposing the federal government should it exceed its limits. In fact, it is as if the framers of the Constitution knew the need for the People to rebel against the newly established central government would eventuate; that it is the nature of the beast.

In my studies I have not found any writings by the great men as to “resolving the corruptness of government” by any other means. It is possible I missed the founders believing the vote being capable of resolving the tryranny of government as I often read hurriedly. But, I don't think so. The fact is, it is a constitutional DUTY to remove any corrupted government by force. That is, any government infringing on God-given rights of the individual must be vanquished, not allowed to endure by weak people using the vote to keep the same tyrants in power.

It is clear that our founding fathers knew that a central government would become corrupted, that force would become necessary to remove such a government. Boy, were they right.

At the present, we are the most corrupted nation on Earth. I state this because other tyrannies do so openly while our legislators (all of them, not just those in the Democratic party) hide behind bogus wars and other bogus programs for the good of the people. There is the war against drugs (unconstitutional), the war against crime (can best be controlled by all citizens keeping and bearing arms and without goody-two shoes laws concerning when it is appropriate to shoot an invader of your home or property), and, quite possibly the most fake reason of all, “for the children”.

The best we can do for our children is to remove the current government. No doubt I am labeled as a ‘dissenter’, a “revolutionary’, a member of the “militia” (of course I am since I do have arms and am a citizen of one of the 50 States), a ‘reactionary’, a ‘crazed gun owner’, a ‘right-wing radical’, a ‘liberal’ (how I despise labels such as liberal and conservative, especially since members of government are in practice one and the same), an ‘enemy of government and, in its eyes, a ‘traitor’, “tax protester”, and so on.

But, excepting membership in the constitutional militia, I am none of these. In fact, I am only doing as the Constitution dictates I should - exercising by inalienable rights to speak out, to assemble, to keep arms (Missouri has an unconstitutional law that prevents carrying, one of the laws I am now working against), working very hard to get rid of direct taxation on the people of this nation (including property tax), and working against keeping the same clods in office who have been in office for term after term.

I want government cleaned up and, if their spooks are monitoring me now, that is fine with me. The SOB’s need to know that increasing numbers of American citizens are getting completely fed-up and, hopefully, the government is going to be directly attacked, either by millions without firearms physically forcing those in government to rid our nation of unconstitutionally laws, or in a bloody war assuring for a few generations than no central government tyranny will easily reestablish itself.

I am doing nothing wrong except exercising my rights. And, yet, I expect every night (around 5 in the morning especially) that armed Federal terrorists will enter my home, along with IRS/BATF killers or hired killers, and my life will be snuffed out. Of course, the fact that it is an intentional murder will be hidden by false testimony and planted evidence against me.

Even with this fear, however, I will let them know my beliefs and that I will, health permitting, be on the side of the American way which is in direct opposition to the Federal Government (and States, by the way, since most follow the feds’ lead and also pass unconstitutional laws).

The governments in this nation want plenary control over the people. This includes state and local governments. I currently am active against my town’s ridiculous unconstitutional laws and also against state laws which adversely affect my constitutional rights.

Even with my great fear, however, I will sign my name. I want them to know who I am. I want them to know I oppose unconstitutional laws. I want them to know I will stand up and be counted even if I have to raise a firearm for emphasis.

There isn’t anything special about me as there isn’t when considering others who alos write and work at getting the American people to do what is necessary. The Federal Government exceeds its jurisdiction with every law it passes. It exceeds its jurisdiction concerning ‘federal income taxation’, gun laws, safety laws (OSHA and EPA), labor laws, census taking, military involvement in other countries, the removal of the gold standard, using a privately owned bank to launder money stolen from American citizens, the establishement of businesses, licensing of businesses, driving rights, and so on. I would suspect that out of every 10,000 bills passed, at least 9,999 are unconstitutional when referenced to the 50 States.

But, to the point. If a person who writes the truth is afraid to sign his name to his thoughts, haven’t we reached the state of complete tyranny? Are we not in the same situation as those who owned books in Gestapo Germany? Are we not all living in fear of retribution against ourselves and our families if we stand up against the Government?

How is this nation any different? There are millions of people who own firearms. There are millions of people who know citizens of this nation may not be directly taxed, that their incomes are their own.

There are millions who know it is not their responsibility to support those who do not work. There are millions who know it is not their responsibility to support children of women who have babies out of wedlock or by three or four different men.

There are millions who knows the US government is doing all it can to remove every inalienable right of Man.

So, why aren’t we all on the White House lawn? Why aren’t we all taking members of Congress to task, demanding exactly what we want them to do?

You see, it can be done peacefully but I believe the government would not allow this. As you and I know, were 80 million of us to set foot in Washington DC, that alien soil to the United States of America, it would order its troops, the military, including all armed agencies against us.

It, the US Government, would fire the first shot or, while the people were on the way to the District of Columbia, attack with American troops against American citizens and kill off enough that the rest would turn back... And, that, Ladies And Gentlemen, is why we are lost. We are afraid to attack those who attack and take our liberty, those tyrannical, liberty-eating monsters in the US Government.
