It was recently reported that a number of Americans who are well-acquainted with Middle East, its issues and problems have sent a letter to President Bush recommending an immediate resolution of the Arab-Israeli conflict and the establishment of a Palestinian State. The letter contained a warning that if the US delays this move or fails in it, the alliance against terrorism will not survive and that terrorism will thus be strengthened.
