The heart chakra lies in the middle of your sternum between your nipples. It's connected with the heart, longs and hands and belongs to the element air.

The first three chakra's were physically, the next three are spiritually and this one is the connection between them. So the heart chakra finds the balance between passion and love. With our heart chakra we are able to love every one regardless looks personality or anything else. The heart chakra is al about unconditional love.

A good balanced heart chakra means that you're able to give as well as to receive unconditional love. You will also be able to balance your energy correct to keep in touch with your self and the earth.

Last but not least the heart chakra is also a place to withdraw you from the hard outside world and to find some peace and quietness.

The number of this chakra is 12, so all shapes and lines will return ten times. The base color is green and the opponent pink. The center of this chakra shout be very light and open, almost white of color so your heart chakra will be full of air and has enough place to withdraw your self.

Draw a base circle and make six circles like you did for the hara chakra. The next step is to choose a point in the middle of one circle on the base circle and draw again six circles like before. So every crossing from your previous circle with the base circle is the starting point for the next circle. Now you will have the center of the drawing on your paper. Draw three circles around the center like on the drawing above and use the last one as base for the next round of circles. The next round of circles goes like the first. Only the size op your pair of compasses is equal to the last circle around the center. Don't draw complete circles here but let them start and end on the first of the three circles around the middle it will spare you a lot of wiping out. When finished wipe out the first base circle from the inner figure and start coloring.
