Goku is the main character in Dragonball Z. He is the first SSJ in Dragonball Z. He turns SSJ1 against Frieza. He sometimes fights with a red power pole. Also, he uses a flying nimbus to get around. It is a cloud that you can ride on, and it goes really fast. He is a Saiya-Jin (Saiyan).
Gohan is Goku and Chi-Chi's son. He is half Saiya-Jin and half human. He is incredebly strong when he gets angry. He becomes the strongest person in Dragonball Z. On Namek Kurririn and Gohan team up. They make a great team because of their size.
Kurririn is Goku's best friend. He is a monk who has a shaved head, and six burn marks on his fore head. He is kind of a wuss. Gohan and Kurririn make a good team because they are both small. Kurririn is human. He trained under Master Roshi. In GT, he grows his hair.
Piccolo usually fights against Goku. When Raditz comes, they team up, and he remains friends with everybody. He is a good fighter. He and Kame are from the planet Namek. They are green aliens. Piccolo trained Gohan, and Gohan is the only person Piccolo loves.
Vegeta is a Saiya-Jin. He is the son of Vegeta, and a prince. He first tries to get the Dragonballs from earth, but is almost defeated there and tries again on Namek. He teams up with the gang to defeat Frieza. He dies laghing at Frieza, because Goku is SSJ.
Bulma is a girl from earth. She is somewhat of a brat. Bulma invented the Dragon Radar. Her technological skills are great. Bulma's father is the owner of Capsule Corp. She knows Goku from when he was young. Later on, Bulma maries Vegeta. The have two kids, Trunks and Bra.
