6. The Pyramid to the Heavens

One day I say to myself, "I shall build a tower to the heavens, then maybe I can know what God knows and be happy." So I construct a large pyramid and climb all the way to the top: beyond the world, beyond time . . .

Eureka! I believe I have located the place where the Sons of God, it is said, have been known to dwell!

And now, as I'm enjoying my triumph, way up high, invigorated by thin air, walking to and fro for exercise . . . I have the feeling that a great event is about to happen.
