14. The Theory |

I am becoming educated. Besides the hands on experience of wrapping heads, I am also learning all about the history of heads, and brains, and many other interesting phenomena. For instance, consider this news clipping that professor Laurenz handed out this morning: "Some very old bones have been found that suggest that in ancient times all domestic animals walked upright on two legs. They wore clothing and had large cumbersome brains. The wild animals of that era kept their clothed domestics in towns and cities. Their flesh was not very tasty, their milk was spare, and their eggs were tiny and few. Eventually they evolved into the domestic animals that we are familiar with today." |
