Everyone can benefit from a multi-vitamin, especially people who exercize regularly or people that are lowering calorie intake for weight loss. As for other muscle gain supplements, they can be helpful in reaching ones goals but they work best when all other means have been exhausted. At the same time supplements are NOT a replacement for a regular exercize and healthy diet.

Before adding a supplement you should ask yourself:

Is your current exercize routine balanced (full body), challenging enough to stimulate growth or are you focused on certain muscle groups only and not lifting enough?

Is your calorie intake high enough to meet your daily needs plus extra for muscle growth or is it too high that you re storing excess as fat?
