The RULES!
All applicants MUST sign the guestbook AND submit the following form to be considered! If your browser does not support forms then you may mail the completed form information! Incomplete applications will not be considered, sorry!
All pages must conform to Geocities Content Guidelines. If your page is located outside Geocities then you can skip the GeoLink requirement only, otherwise all content guidelines apply!
All pages must be Personal Homepages! No business pages need apply!
All pages must be easy to navigate and must be relatively quick to load. If the load time is too long due to a slow server we will revisit the site once again at off peak hours and attempt to view the site again.
Java and frames crash browsers. We prefer sites that don't use these or provide alternative pages when possible. Let your ideas dazzle us rather then your abilities with fancy script writing!
No Hacking, phreaking, warez or pornographic pages or pages with links to these things will receive these awards!! Don't even try!
Pages displaying copyrighted graphics without permission will be disqualified! (We might even notify the rightful owners!)
We would love to respond to every application, but only the winners of these awards will receive a response! Please allow time for each application to be visted and examined before reapplying! Anticipated response time will be from 14 to 30 days.
Recipients will be required to link the award back to the index page of this site! Full instructions on how to set up this link will be sent along with the award.
