It is a private based chat room, where you are communicating only with others that are accessing this page.

"real time" everyone on the site will see each message posted within 30 seconds, and most
much sooner.
Post only once, the page will refresh itself to display the text.
The only requirement for chat participants is a frames
compatible browser like Netscape 2.0 and up or Internet Explorer 3.0.
