PLACES THE BIKERDAD HAS WORKED

Since my wife is a stay-at-home mom, and we are raising 3 children, funds at times are short. A problem with which most of you can relate, I'm sure. For this reason, not only do I make sure that I always have a primary, full-time, job to pay the bills, but I will also from time to time work at a second job, part-time. The income from the second job is our play money. I work at the part-time job for as long as I can, then if I begin to get burned out, I quit. We tighten the belt on our budget, and I get some rest. Eventually though, I start thinking "You know, I could be out making some extra money instead of sitting here watching this football game." And then I get out and find another job. Because I have this workaholic afliction, I have been able to experience working in places that I would not have if it was to be my primary income. For instance, I have worked as a ride operator at Magic Mountain (Batman The Ride, The Acme Atom Smasher, Gordon's Gearworks, and The Circus Wheel) and at Disneyland (most of the rides in Fantasyland). These jobs were a lot of fun, but had I been relying on them to feed my kids, they would have never paid the bills. Recently, I decided that I have been loafing too much, so I have gone back to work at Magic Mountain again. This time I am working as a Season Pass Processor. Below is a list of the job experiences I have had to date.
