The banner should read the earliest known Finisdores and that would have to be Nicola Finisdoro.  We know very little about Nicola only that he was from Fallascoso Forricella Italy and he married Giovanna D'Pietrantonio.   They had one known child Rinaldo Finisdoro.

The information about Rinaldo Finisdoro is as slim as his parents.  We know he was also from Fallascoso Forricella Italy and that he married Angela Maria Tamburrini.   They had two children that we know of, Maria Nicola and her brother Nicola DiRinaldo.  

Our direct line is from Maria Nicola Finisdoro's children. Maria's husband is unknown,   because the children carry their mothers last name, there may have been no father.   Another possibly may be that Maria is not Rinaldo's daughter but daughter-in-law by an unknown son of Rinaldo's.  It is unknown.
