Thank You All

Perhaps the most important contributors, if there could be a level of importance, would be Dr. James Wagy Hill, Mrs. Goldie Hill and Miss Ollie Wagy.   Miss Ollie Wagy and Mrs. Goldie Hill  for their findings in THE WAGGY-WAGY FAMILY . They were the ones that discovered that all Waggys or Wagys in this country had come from Philip Waggy.

For fear of eliminating contributors which has been a source to previous papers and are greatly appreciated, Dr. Hill’s following acknowledgment is included:

"Special mention should be made of Miss Ollie Wagy who did the original and most difficult research of the Virginia records and also the early records of Ohio and Illinois for the descendants of Jacob and wife Barbara Nebergall   and of Philip Jr. . The 1968 book THE WAGGY-WAGY FAMILY was principally the result of her efforts.

Mr. Milton Wagy compiled the records of his line, Abraham, grandson of Philip Sr.

Mr. Clarence Mulkin did a comprehensive study of the descendants of Adam, a grandson of Philip Sr. and who had kindly given permission to include it in this book.

Mrs. Elise Viar was most helpful for her work on the Ninnus Hull line.

Mr. E.P. Woods is the only descendant of Philip's daughter Susannah and Peter Nye that we have found and it is from his efforts that we have any record of this daughter.

Mr. and Mrs. John Waggy compiled many records of the Virginia line of Abraham, son of Philip Sr.

I would personally like to include Linda Waggy for all her literature that her husband Dee's side of the family gathered.  Although they were thanked above I would like to thank  my Aunt June and Uncle John Richard Waggy  who,  I still say to this day, fed my  fever for genealogy and to my Uncle Elmer and  Aunt Shirly for all the pictures and stories.  Thank you all.  Here's hoping it's just the begining.
