Tys

Tyson is my 20-year old son who is currently working full-time and trying to decide what direction he wants his career to move in.

Summer-time can find him serving as a lifeguard, teaching swimming lessons or utilizing his skills as a life-saving instructor. Between work, his friends and various church activities.....he is always on the run........

The Boy Scouts of America played an important part in Tyson's life. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and was involved in the Order of the Arrow, with camping, repelling and aquatics being his favorite areas. He served as a summer camp lifeguard and swimming instructor for several years.

Through Scouting, Tyson became involved with an Explorer Post and began researching and studying the Native Americans customs, beliefs, traditions and dance. He has been a member of the Kwahadi Indian Dancers for the past 9 years and has traveled extensively across the United States performing for various scouting groups, civic organizations and international teen camps. His travels have taken him to over 40 states, a multitude of museums, historic sites and have also been filled with cave exploring, river rafting, amusement parts and with meeting girls.

He is a remarkable young man, and I'm proud to have him as my son.
