My husband was Felix Francis McGarty, b.Aug.14, 1913, d. July 23, 1966. He was the middle son of Peter McGarty. Bernard and Joseph were the brothers. I'm just beginning to search this family and your info is great. Have you done any research in Irelan
? I noted that my grand-nephew has been one of your visitors and Im looking forward to contacting him. I'll give you the family info that I have later. I don't have much, but it's good to be able to fill in the gaps. Im not sure where you fit into the
cGarty family tree. Jean

Hi. Just wanted to say that it was cool to read about some Concannon family history..even if I am not related.
Oh, and I viewed the guestbook before signing. I can't believe a couple people said such rude things. I think it's great. Especially those clickable cube photos.

Hello there,
I'm Mike, 54, married to Patsy and live at 14 Lower Fairview Road, Dartmouth, Devon, TQ6 9EE, UK. My uk 'phone number is 01803 834341.
We have two children, Michelle (28) and Simon (23).
We have a very new grand-daughter, Emily, b.24/03/99 (our first) by Michelle and her husband Ben.
Loved your site. We've got some details of the history of the Concannon family, that were researched by Queens University in Belfast in the early 1980s from old church records - they go back as far as 1067 - and end when Cromwell sacked the monasteries i
Ireland during the 1600s. This was researched for a member of the UK Parliament - an acquaintance - Mr. Don Concannon - back in the 1980s.
If you're ever in the UK, feel welcome to get in touch.
Cheers
Mike Concannon

At first I was looking for the information on just the city, but when I took a look at your cite I saw my grandparents' names on your list. My grandmother is Frances Veronica Heinrich and my grandfather is Patrick James Halloran. They had 10 children, 27
randchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. Patrick has passed away but Frances is still alive, she lives in New Jersey. I live in the Bronx but the rest of the family is spread out across the country. Any information you have on the Gerolstein family will
be greatly appreciated. Stephanie

Hi John:
I'm Phil and Lee's son. I know we met several times in Massapequa when I was very young. Mary Ellen contacted me recently and told me you were involved in constructing a family tree. I searched the Jehle name and found your home page.
I will print this information and give it to my Dad. Maybe we can help with some of the gaps.
Regards,
Phil

Hi! As you can see, my surname fits well into your family names, but i'm not sure you are "related!" Must say we must all be related somewhere back in the distant ages...
My Concannon family knowledge is very limited. My father, Coleman, was born in Norwood-MA on June 8, 1914. He was the son of Matthew Concannon, born in Galway Ireland (date unkown) and Helen (also called Ellen, Nellie, & Sallie in the records) Conroy Con
annon, who also came from Galway.
My grandfather Concannon (Matthew) had parents named John & Mary Norton Concannon. While I know they came from Ireland, I can only assume it was Galway. My grandmother Concannon (Helen-the name shown on her death record) had parents Coleman Conry & Mary C
nley.
Well, if this looks like anything in your info, could you please pass it along?
By the way, did any of your Concannon connections get a letter from a Maureen Concannon, a doctor in Dublin who was announcing a family reunion & touting a book on the Concannon Family. Does anyonw know if she's legit?
FYI: There were Concannons on Tremont Street in Boston, MA in 1860: Father: Michael, son: Lawrence.
Anyway, feel free to drop a line!
Nice "meeting" you...Regards, Mary Concannon
