Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms (prep time about 20 min.)

2 Portabella Mushrooms
1 clove of minced garlic
1 cup seasoned Italian Breadcrumbs (Pepperidge farm Caesar Salad croutons work well)
½ stick melted butter

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Clean mushrooms lightly with a damp cloth
  3. Crush 1 clove of garlic w/ blade of knife, peel, Finely mince
  4. Melt butter in a medium size bowl and brush mushrooms w/ half
  5. Place minced garlic on mushrooms
  6. Stir remaining butter into bread crumbs and put aside
  7. Place buttered mushrooms in oven for 5 minutes
  8. Remove and coat with breadcrumb mixture
  9. Put in oven on broil until golden brown
