Amalfi Coast Drive

| In the actual town of Amalfi, our tour stopped to eat lunch and have time to take some pictures. So it was a bit chilly, it didn't dampen our enthusiasm any.

There were so many castle ruins I felt like I'd stepped back in time a few hundred years. Either that or I was caught up in the plot of someone's historical novel.

If there wasn't a ledge wide enough (and their concept of "wide enough" differs greatly from mine) to build a road on, they blasted right through the cliffs and kept right on building. |

*sigh* I'd even give up Pensacola for Amalfi.
