*************Pack 272****************
Local Cub Scout Pack 272 will be collecting non-parishable food on May 10th along with the Postal Service. All food collected will be donated to our area food banks. Scouting for Food is an important part of the activities so please be generous. Local Cub Scouts will be in uniform asking for your contributions. The community is always so giving during the Christmas Holidays we know this will be a very successful event.
Pack 272 hold den meetings the first three Tuesdays of the month at Maranatha Baptist Church on Bayshore Drive in San Leon. On the Fourth Tuesday of the month is our Pack Meeting at our Charter Organization VFW Post in Bacliff.
The Wolves Pack have all earned their Bobcat badges and are working hard to finish up the requirements for the Wolf Badge. They have built weathervanes, tie slide holders and soon will be building birdhouses.
With the added violence and gang activity in our communities it is very important to give our children positive activities and role models.
