Royal Swedish Pancakes.
Beat together in bowl:2 eggsThen, add the following and beat until thickish consistancy:
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbs. sugar
1 cup milkSECRET: let stand for at least 3 hours or over night, covered with SARAN WRAP. After the 3 or more hours add milk until the batter has the consistancy of a heavy cream.
1 & 1/2 cups flour
Then, add 2 tbs. of melted butter.
Heat pan, and cook like pancakes. Always add a dollop of butter before each drop of batter.
These are good served in any fashion, but we like to roll them like creps with powdered sugar inside.
