Butter Tarts


I always have to make a double batch!

Ingredients
  • 1 dozen tart shells
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tbs milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • raisins
Put raisins in tart shells. Fill each shell about 2/3 full.
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. They will bubble up for a minute to set.
Let cool and enjoy!
