I am sure you are dying to know more about us. We were married in 1963. Geeeeee, that's a long time ago! We were married at Stephenson's Chapel Methodist Church, Hwy 61 S in Memphis, Tn. Memphis is Frances' hometown. Pratt, Kanasas is Sandy's hometown.
We are (Ray) Sandy and Frances Loftiss Carroll. We have lived in Rota, Spain, Auburn, AL (WAR EAGLE!) and, Russellville, AR( GO HOGS GO!) Presently we live in "Quilt City USA", Paducah, KY.

Sandy works with USEC in Paducah. He is very active in AGAPE Prison Ministries and serves as Volunteer Coordinator.
Our two children - Mary Ann is married to David Abner who live in Louisville, KY. Ray is married to Rachel Phillips of Herrin, IL. Ray is attending seminary at Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY. They are parents of Abigail Grace Carroll who was born July 23, 1999. She is a precious and beautiful little girl.
RELIGIOUS - Both of us are active in our church, OAK GROVE BAPTIST CHURCH, Paducah, KY.
