He married Edith Helen SPAULDING. Edith was born in Olean, Cattaraugus, NY, USA 1 FEB 1909.⁽¹³⁹⁸⁾ Edith was the daughter of Earl Eugene SPAULDING and Ida E. BATTLES. Edith died OCT 1986 at 77 years of age.⁽¹³⁹⁹⁾

James MILNE and Edith Helen SPAULDING had the following children:

3 ii. James A. MILNE (still alive).
