The Paint Shop Pro Interactive Zone gave a series of classes on using masks. This class taught us how to create a mask with a custom brush that we could paint. This one reminded me of decoupage; the way the flower looks like it has been cut out and then glued onto the image. After painting the flower I made the mat and frame for it using PSP cutouts and inner bevel.
