I have always enjoyed and had a great appreciation for creativity.  I like to buy all the "stuff" to make all different types of crafts however, getting them done is a whole other issue!!  I just started cross-stitching last year and I absolutely love it!! I was intimidated by the mere thought of it but after a visit to Aleene's Chat I received so much encouragement and help that I decide to try !! (LOUIE - Thankyou!)  I have received patterns from far away - Carousel horse from DONNA2 and one from FLOSSIE!! (If and when I get them done guys Ill post a photo here!!lol)

I love to do plastic canvas, knitting (also just learning to do something other than the longest scarf in the world!) crocheting, painting ceramics, etc.  I have a hard time following a pattern for most everything except x-stitching and pc so I like to 'wing it' alot of the time!  The kids are wearing some of my 'experiments' Thank goodness they are innocent!!! I am now dabbling in making my own patterns for pc and xstitching and is coming along okay!  My most recent 'trial' are each of the 4 Teletubbies in pc ( aphoto can be placed on their TV screen bellies) AND YES!! I FINALLY have them scanned!!LOL!!I hope to include more photos on this page but as yet I don't have much scanned!! That's a whole other lesson that lies ahead - slow and steady, steady and slow!! (thats the way I seem to go!!)Plus never had reason before to take pictures of 'things' I've done!! lol

I hope also to include craft ideas etc.  If you have any suggestions please let me know!!
 

This a picture of my girls bedroom. I had sooooooo much fun sponge painting for the first time! It was so easy, quick and fun! I painted the Carousel horse and the Carousel stick horses are made from plastic canvas!!
