Long, Long ago, there lived a greedy,
ruthless pirate named Gold-Leg Jack.
Jack had an obsession for gold.
So much so, that when he lost his
left leg to a shark attack, he had his
peg leg dipped in gold.
Hence, the nickname.

Jack and his crew would sail the seas,
sinking Spanish Galleons.
But not before he had taken possession
of each Galleons gold.

Soon, Jacks' infatuation with gold
became so strong he started to
mistrust his own crew.
One eve he sat below in cabin and
devised a plot to insure no one but
himself would ever share in his treasure.

Early the next morn', he set sail on a
new course, a deadly course.
Heading straight for what was called
the Devil's Triangle.

Many days later, as the ship neared
it's course, the crew had started to
grow restless,and feared that Jack
was losing his mind.
There was talk of mutiny, but before
action could be taken they had safely
sailed through the dreaded Triangle and
spotted a tiny island.
In honor of the occasion Jack and the
crew set out for the shore.
Kegs of the finest wine were opened and
the crew drank themselves into drunkeness,
unaware that several days earlier Jack had
laced the wine with poison.
Within a few hours, all were dead.
All except Jack, who drank none of the wine.
Jack roared with insane laughter and headed
back to the ship and to his beloved gold.

His plan was to wrap an anchor around his
treasure trove and hoist it overboard,
where the anchor would securely keep it on the
bottom of the ocean floor.
But, his plan took a turn of fate.
For as the wooden locked treasure hit the
ocean, it burst open, the gold sank aimlessly
in all directions.
In a fit of desperation, Jack dove in after it,
hoping to recover his precious booty.

No sooner had he dived in the sea,
the winds within the Devil's Triangle whipped
around the water in a deadly pace, causing a
whirlpool effect.
Jack was hopelessy whisked away from his
beloved gold.

Neither Jack nor the gold was ever seen again

But legend holds, that ships entering the
Triangle, have had the hulls shredded from them,
and a final cry is heard before the ship sinks into
the depths of the ocean.

"Give me back my gold!"
