The Gift

Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me".
John 14:6
"For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved."
John 3:17

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
John 3:16

We are all sinners. God loves us so much he sent his only Son Jesus to this earth to die for our sins so that we may be forgiven and so that we may have eternal life. The moment you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and confess your sins, the slate is wiped clean! You are a child of God. A new life, a new You! If you believe Jesus died on the cross for you, you will be re-born of the spirit. Allow the holy spirit to be born inside of you and you will never be alone again. There is no OTHER way to be saved. This is the Grace of God!

That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:9-10

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9

Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God".
John 3:3

Then Jesus spoke to them again saying, "I am the light of the world. he who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."
John 8:12

Dear Jesus,

Thank you for loving me. Thank you for dying on the cross for me. I know I am a sinner and cannot save myself. Please forgive all my sin. Jesus, please come into my heart, save me, and change me. I give my life to you, to follow you the rest of my life. Help me to live for you and to tell others what you have done for me this very moment. Thank you for answering my prayer and saving me.

Amen.

We encourage you to get a bible and BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY toward understanding God's will for your wonderful life. (Get a good study Bible!) Locate a church in your community and get involved with them. Talk with other Christians, share your good news! Let them help you get on your way. If you have not been baptized, tell your church and they will baptize you. This is just the beginning! This is a personal journey toward understanding the Will of God in your life and discovering "The Truth"! A good study Bible is SO important to help you understand the scripture. You will find that this is a wonderful journey filled with so much peace and joy.....but you have to dilligently search for it! Since God is the only one who knows your heart...He will know if you have truly accepted Jesus into your heart by your desire to be Christlike each and every day. What is in your heart will show by your words and deeds. Growing in the Grace of our Lord takes personal knowledge and time, and there is no better time to start learning than now!
