Gary Eugene DAKE, 48, a truck driver for A.H. Chaney Inc. Trucking Co., died Friday after an auto accident in Parker County. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Biggers Funeral Home. Burial: Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Dake was born July 29, 1947, in Rugby, N.D. He served in the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam and had lived in this area since 1985. He was an outdoorsman and avid fisherman. Survivor: Son and daughter-in-law, Samuel A. and Susan Dake of Pensacola, Fla.; parents, Margaret McKinney Dake of Fort Worth and Darrell H. Dake of Crowley; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Delbert I. and Sylvia Dake, Bruce M. and Billie M. Dake, and Daniel H. and Ashley Gwin Dake, all of Fort Worth; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Kathleen A. Lott, Marieta D. and Michael Starkey, and Ellen D. and Alex Macias, all of Fort Worth; grandparents, Alma Shaw of Fort Worth, Dorothy Dake of Mountain Grove, Mo., and Opal McKinney of Sunrise Beach, Mo.; two grandchildren, Steffon Allen Dake and Cali Jean Marie Dake, both of Pensacola, Fla.; and 15 nieces and nephews.
