This isn't exactly my favorite room in our house, but since I'm the mom, I do spend a lot of time here. Below you will find a few recipes that we enjoy. Be sure to check back often, I like to try out new recipes, so if they pass our test, I'll be sure to post them here in our geocities kitchen.

Taco Bake

1lb. ground beef taco seasoning 1 sm. can of corn 1 can tomato sauce 2 cups pancake mix 1 cup shredded chedder cheese

cook ground beef in skillet till done, drain. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Put the mixture in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Add a layer of cheese. Mix pancake mix with water till runny (not to runny, if box calls for eggs, ect. add those as well) pour that mixture on top of ground beef mixture. Bake in oven at 350' till top is done. G">arnish top with sour cream, and salsa.

Extra Soft Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

1 box of Yellow cake mix 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup margarine 2 eggs 1/4 cup water 1 pkag choc. chips ( I only use 1/2 the bag)

Blend alf of cake mix with brown sugar, eggs, margarine, and water. Blend in remainder of cake mix. Add chocolate chips. Spread in a greades and floured 9 X 13 pan Bake 20-25 min. at 350' ; cool, cut into bars.
