17:00-20:00: arrival, registration in the Hotel Touring (Budapest 1039, Pünkösfürdő u. 38.)
20:00-23:00: Opening ceremony, dinner, new memebers'initiation
(dress code: leisure, but elegant, no suit and tie)
23:00-?: Disco, karaokee party
Saturday, 16 October
6:00: gym in the morning
8:30-9:30: breakfast
10:00-12:00: Convention part I (opening, presentation of LEF, presentation of foreign guests, etc. in ENGLISH)
12:00-12:30: coffee break with snack
12:30-14:30: convention part II (Hungarian LEO clubs' presentation and discussion about the pre-district board in HUNGARIAN)
12:30-14:30: 1st European ILO Meeting (in ENGLISH, in the small room)
14:30-16:30: lunch
17:00-20:00: team building games and quiz
21:00-23:00: dinner
23:00-?: Party - special girl and boy beauty contest (boyish dressed girls and girlish dressed boys)
Sunday, 17 October
8:30-9:30: breakfast
10:00-12:00: convention part III (discussion of presidents, secretaries and treasurers in the small room)
10:00: sightseeing for foreigners
later p.m.: farewell
