13. James² Bearse (Augustine¹, Gauche^A) was born in Barnstable, MA 7/31/1660. James died 10/7/1728 in Plympton, MA, at 68 years of age.

He married Experience Howland about 1683. Experience was born in Barnstable, MA 7/28/1668. She was the daughter of John Howland and Mary Lee.

James Bearse and Experience Howland had the following children:

22 i. Experience³ Bearse was born before 3/12/1719, the first event for which there is a recorded date. She married Dennis Egerton 3/12/1719.

23 ii. Thankful Bearse was born before 12/19/1718, the first event for which there is a recorded date. She married Elisha Curtis 12/19/1718.

24 iii. Mary Bearse was born before 12/10/1718, the first event for which there is a recorded date. Mary died 1719. She married Elisha West 12/10/1718.

+ 25 iv. James Bearse was born 1688.

+ 26 v. Shubael Bearse was born 1689.

+ 27 vi. John Jacob Bearse was born 1691.

28 vii. Priscilla Bearse was born in Plympton, MA 1692. She married Josiah Bourne in Plympton, MA, 2/12/1718.

29 viii. Rebecca Bearse was born in Plympton, MA 9/23/1713. She married Joseph Chard 11/30/1727.
