He married twice. He married Mary Donham. He married Elizabeth Fogg in New Gloucester, ME, 3/19/1795. She was the daughter of Enoch Fogg.

Charles Bearse and Elizabeth Fogg had the following children:

311 vi. Nathan Dexter Bearse was born in Hebron, ME 3/19/1815.
