OVEN POTATO WEDGES

2 lb. red potatoes
1 large onion
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Cut potatoes into small wedges. Chop onion. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir to coat. Place in a single layer in sprayed shallow pan. Bake, covered, at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more or untoil potatoes are tender and lightly browned. Yield: 6 servings.
