Hi! We're Debbie and Bill.

We have five daughters and one son...three girls and a boy that are ours, and two girls by Bill's prior marriage.
Their names are Kim, Kelly, Dominica, Charlotte, Jeff and Felicia.

We became licensed as a foster family in the State of Florida in December of 1998, and since that time we had provided foster care for many, many different children. We gave up our foster license in 2004 due to the turmoil resulting from the privatization of the foster and adoption units that the Department of Children and Families used to supervise. Until this problem is resolved, my wife and I want nothing to do with these private companies for a number of reasons.

Bill is the vice president of the Citrus County Foster Parent Association, having served two years as it's president, and two prior years to that as a director. Click HERE to go to the association's website!!
