Oakwood has two Sunday morning worship services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
The early morning service is more "traditional" and the 11:00 am service is more "contemporary".
The major difference is the music.
During the 9:00 am service the songs are from the hymnal, and at the 11:00 am we sing "praise and worship" music.
There is a Children's Sermon during both services, after which the children go downstairs for Childrens Church.

Children are very important to us at Oakwood so we minister to them through Sunday School, Childrens Church, for those through sixth grade.
We have a nursery and a Toddler Room for the little ones.

There are many opportunities to study the Bible in small groups:Ladies and Mens Bible Studies, Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting and Bible Study, monthly Home Binle Studies and Sunday School.

Our times of fellowship to help get better aquainted and develop friendships include after-church fellowship, dinners, XYZ lunches for those over fifty and sports.
