HEZEKIAH FARMER'S WILL
A copy (From Will Book II, pages 63-4), Chesterfield Co., Va.
In the name of God Amen, I Hezekiah Farmer of Chesterfield Co., being in perfect mind and sound memory thanks be to God for the same, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit:
My will and desire is that my estate be not appraised.
Lastly, I nominate and appoint Benj Good and my son Elam Farmer executors to this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of October 1823.

In Chesterfield County Court, Sept 11, 1826.
This last will and testament of Hezekiah Farmer, dec'd was proven by the oath of Thomas Turpin, witness thereto, and continued for further proof. And in said court, Oct 9, 1826. The same was further and fully proven by the oath of Henry W Turpin, also a subscribing witness thereto, and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of Elam Farmer an executor therein named, who entered into bond with security, and took the oath prescribed by law a certificate is granted him for obtaining probate thereof in due form.
