Jacksonville Continued

The concert began with Bruce playing "When I Survey the Wondrous Cross."  Cynthia sat beside me on the front row while he played, and then the minister of music introduced them.

The concert was absolutely wonderful, with Cynthia and Bruce singing songs from "Broken," "Prayer and Plainsong," and a medley from "Hymnsinger."  She sang "My Mother's Faith," and talked about her mother, and she also sang "In the Garden," which is a song she sang to her mother.

After the concert (which was not long enough, because they never are :O) ) I went to help at the table, and Cynthia and Bruce visited with the people of the church.  I helped them pack up after the last people left, and then I took a picture of Cynthia and Bruce, and Bruce took one of Cynthia and I.  Then it was time to go, so we walked to the cars.  I drove home, but in my heart I was still back at the concert.
