The surname Driver appeared to end in Tetbury with the burials of Daniel Driver, and his Widow, Elizabeth, till I found John's Apprenticeship entry at Kew, in the Gloucestershire list for Tetbury, meaning his fees were paid by his Sponser to the Gloucestershire notary.

Thomas Smith and his wife Anne King baptised their 7th child and 3rd surviving son on 17221111 as Driver Smith. He married Mary Tranter on 17511110 as Driver Bartholomew, and on 17690815 he buried his daughter Elizabeth. He was buried 17800310 as Driver Smith alias Bartholomew. There is not enough evidence to say Elizabeth Driver was related to Thomas and Anne Batholomew/Smith nee King, or that Driver the child benefited from his unusual forename.
