Do you seek each day to know God's will,
And ask Him with love your heart to fill?
As you face decisions every day,
Do you remember first of all to pray?
God has a plan prepared just for you,
And He'll reveal it if you ask Him to.
He won't show you the entire way,
But He'll show you what you need today.
By faith step out and follow Him,
He'll make bright what now is dim.
You'll see things through eternal eyes,
As your whole being on Him relies.
There are some things we'll never know,
While we are dwelling here below.
But we'll see enough to keep us true,
God's will He'll show to me and you.
So don't despair and give up now,
Your defeat God will not allow.
He'll give you the strength and power you need,
And onward and upward He will lead.
