Columbine Aquilegia

The Aquilegia tends to have a short bloom season but the flowers are so different and beatiful it is well worth having a few in your garden. The foliage is fernlike and also attractive. The species comes in many different colors and many species are multicolored. These have done well in our garden in a shady situation.
