| Cranesbill | Geranium |
Another plant that had a wide variety of color and sizes and attractive
foliage. We have had good luck with these and they tend to bloom for a relatively long time.
They tend to get leggy in the summer and this year we will experiment with cutting
them back somewhat.

| Bloom Time | Early to late summer. |
| Flowers | Heart shaped on stems. |
| Plant Size | 1'-3' high 1'-2' spread. |
| Hardiness | USDA zones 4-8 |
| Soil Type | Rich, moist, well drained. Average fertility. |
| Soil pH | |
| Light | Full sun or part shade. |

| Propagation | Seeds or division in spring. |
| Notes | Not a good cut flower. |
We have both pictured varieties in our garden and they are
doing very well.
