Rules for SteKim's Quality Home on the Web Award:
1. It must be personal in nature. No commercial sites allowed.
2. It must either be of good visual presentation or contents that focus on positive values
3. It must not be just a list of links, but must have original content.
4. It must not take too long to load.
5. All links must work and there should be no broken graphics.
6. NO explicit adult sites, racism, pornography, or bad language.
7. WE HATE frames. If you have frames there must be a "No Frames" option.
