Lexi was our very first rottweiler pet,
she was nearly 8 years old, we had to regretfully put her up in doggie heaven due to her having cancer of the bone, we couldn't and didn't let her suffer.
Up until she got sick she still run around the yard like a puppy.
We have had some great times with "Old Lex", when our local club had fun and fancy dress days,

She would be the first one entered in all the games, of course she didn't cheat (not much) but still managed to out smart the experience ones in all the agility events, pretty good for a rott that had never been taught agility. She loved nothing better to do than to chase a cat or 2 in the street or have a frolic on the beach with the seagulls, had even been spotted doing some fishing. Some called her the "old witch" but to know her with all her funny little habits was an experience to behold. Andrew (hubby) and Lexi were the best of buddies, Lexi loved to go riding in the car sitting on the front seat, most probably thinking she could and would drive better. She loved nothing better than to sneak into our bed and cuddle up beside Andrew for hours on end.
She loved our little son,"Thomas" she was like a mother to him.
These next 3 photo's were taken just 2 days before Lexi went over the rainbow bridge.
